One of the worst hotels I have stayed in recently. It is no longer a hampton even though that is what the sign and website say, so no rewards points. They are going to be a choice hotel but no points there since still hampton. The picture of the gym looks great on website but really all the machines are broken, no exaggerating all broken with handle missing on elliptical. There is barely even coffee in the morning and no breakfast at all. No microwave in room even if it says on all website they have them. Not worth the time or money. There is a courtyard and holiday Inn right on either side. Save time, money and frustration but going elsewhere.

What a horrible experience. We traveled the country for the past month. Stayed in so many hilton properties we could probably be sponsored. My favorite is almost always the Hampton Inn. But the last 2 we tried were awful. Lori B at the front desk in toledo was so awful my kid said we probably should not stay at anymore Hampton inns. She said they aren't going to be a Hilton much longer, and told me to leave after booking online. Literally screamed at me. I am not sure what to say. Maybe she was having a bad day. But wow. She is a terrible person and representative of Hilton.

Rated poor if you need a luggage cart. Stayed here more than once last year and still only one luggage cart during that period of time and a small one at that. Complained before ut no remedy. Done with this property. Otherwise just OK, but breakfast attendant super nice and helpful

We tried to pay with Hulton Gift Cards and were not allowed to (These cards are a scam) Construction in the hallways had wires laying all over the place. Went to our rooms and they were still uncleaned at 4:30 in the afternoon. Breakfast was poor and not enough for as many peoplestaying there that weekend.

Maybe I expect too much from a Hampton Inn, but this was just too much to rate them highly. Room was spacious, with a kitchenette (no microwave) only equipped with a mini fridge and a sink. Couch and chair with a TV. Other room with a king size bed, closet and bathroom. Property was undergoing renovation, but there was furniture blocking the third floor ice maker and on return from our evening out, we discovered a male passed out at the end of the hallway, one of many young kids running around with a strong smell of marijuana and loud music. We communicated this to the front desk, who seemed unimpressed or phased by our complaint. Bed was not bad, but lacked pillows and bedding was only okay. Requested extra pillows on check in notes, which was not done, and when asked, front desk could only provide one extra. Did not reward or mention status on check in. Breakfast was a disaster. Too many people, not enough space, not enough food and the black female who was allegedly in charge was leaned up against a steel table on her phone. The only highlight of this place is that the pool was open and the overnight staff was polite when we came in. Maybe this place is better through the week, but for a Saturday night, not acceptable. …

My 18 year old daughter had car trouble and needed to stay overnight instead of driving home from Detroit on a Sunday night. Originally I was told that she couldn’t check in but after explaining the situation they let her check in under my name.

The hotel is going through construction updates which is always challenging for hotels. My room was remodeled and noticeably nicer than the room I was I. last time I was there. I have stayed at this hotel many times and it is always a pleasant stay.

Worst Hampton I have ever stayed at. Worst service to a diamond member I have ever had. Didn’t feel valued. Barely saw the staff, room dirty, bed uncomfortable, old run down hotel. I will never stay at this Hampton again

My room was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Since my last visit, I did noticed that I did not receive the bag of snacks along with bottle water. I always looked forward to that reward for being a member.

I really hope hilton actually goes and looks at this property its below hilton standards. Nestled next to a truck stop and a freeway some of the guests looked very seedy, there was a fight going on a few rooms down, I had them remake the bed I saw what looked like coffee drips, this is in a very ghetto part of town. After driving for 5 hours we packed up to drive 2 more hours to a much nicer area and what turned out to be a beautiful hotel. The person at the desk you could tell has had this experience plenty of times before, it also said under construction, it appears to have been under construction since February 2020.
