Arrived promptly at 3:00 check in. A/C in room not working. After much discussion we were offered another room which was also hot but at least had some air flow but would take at least 4-5 hours to cool to acceptable temperature. Room I was told we were staying in day before not the same room we were put in. Said they were sold out and couldn't accommodate putting us in another room. All the major hotels in Bartlesville were sold out causing us to drive to Tulsa to find acceptable lodging. The two rooms we were in had carpet long past needing to be cleaned. Also, made dinner reservations day before online. We were called later in day to say they had been cancelled due to a mechanical issue. Upon arrival we were given sheet of paper saying restaurant was under renovations. Overhearing conversation with another customer who was told dinner was still being served we determined there was another restaurant on first floor. Told by person at front desk menu would be the same as what would have been provided in restaurant/bar. Went to this secondary restaurant to make reservations for dinner and was told by restaurant staff menu was NOT the same. Requested to see a menu and one could not be provided. Didn't really matter as the room fiasco started after that and we left town. Non accommodating, not professional, poorly managed, carpets unclean. Was told there had been a change in management in the last month by employee and they were having lots of issues with changes in policies, procedures, personnel, etc. It is horribly run now.

An amazing opportunity to experience the late 50's, to stay in a hotel designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. The views of downtown Bartlesville are amazing. It's a unique stay with many amenities and luxuries that we expect from a hotel. Mid-August 2021, the restaurant was closed for remodel so we did not get to enjoy that. I would highly recommend staying at the Inn at Price Tower if you value architecture and design.

Room Tip: Be prepared, the elevators are original (old) and tiny. Room for two, pack lightly.

Pick this for the history and architecture on our art and style road trip. So interesting to see building and creative ways it was transformed from offices to hotel on some floors. Tons to look at and see. Staff was so nice. Spacious and clean except for elevator be prepared for close ride up. If traveling with a wheelchair not for you. The copper restaurant was closed for remodeling but lots to choose from within walking distance. We toured the 2nd floor museum but missed out on private tour because our time was limited but would love to go back and take it!! So much to look at and study about Frank Lloyd Wright’s style and design. A must see and stay.

What a special treat to stay in the only high rise hotel built by Frank Loyd Wright. I’ve toured FLW houses and grew up going to the Kalita Humphreys Theater in Dallas Texas designed by FLW but never thought I’d experience the thrill of spending the night in one of his buildings. You can view a short film clip on the building of the structure and see artifacts in the museum. Love living history.

Boutique hotel in a very cool retro, art deco 19 story "skyscraper" designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. A large long corner room with huge windows and a tiny shower in a cool little angled room. Very welcoming desk clerk, pricing comparable to average hotels in Bartlesville. They even have a museum & art gallery on site.
