We recently stayed at the Pollard Inn (formerly Harrison House) and we were impressed with the owners, Larry and Michelle, the accommodations and the gourmet breakfast. Especially the gourmet breakfast. They are part of the Guthrie Inns of Guthrie and conveniently located in the Historic downtown district next to the historic Pollard Theater. You will absolutely fall in love with...

I stayed at the Pollard Inn while attending the Scottish Rite Spring Reunion in Gurthrie. The hotel is a renovated commercial building in the center of Guthrie that has been repurposed as a hotel. The owners were great to work with and the hotel was unique, pleasant and clean. The only negative is that sound carries throughout the building. So...

We visited the Guthrie/ Pollard Inn for our anniversary. We found the owners to be very kind and most hospitable. It was apparent the owners put a great deal of thought into the hotel. They highlighted the history of the building and the town. The rooms were named after influential people with ties to Guthrie. It was obvious they were...

My husband and I stayed at the Pollard Inn on 12-27-14. The service was beyond excellent! Our room was very clean and well kept. The bed was so comfortable! The only complaint was the train whistle at 5:00 a.m., but that was beyond their control. The breakfast was a 5 course breakfast that was filling and could be described as...

My wife and I stayed at the Pollard inn on a Thursday night in December and purchased the dinner/show/room package. It was exactly what we were looking for. The room was large and comfortable. The dinner was downstairs at a steak/home cooking restaurant and was good as well. The pollard theatre is in the adjacent building and is always a...

Exceptionally friendly & informative staff. The rooms were such a delight, not just another cookie cutter chain. Each room is different in shape, size & furnishings. Antique furnishings & fixtures with all the modern conveniences. Very charming & the beds were wonderful. For breakfast we were expecting the usual, 'eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy, which we all like. What a...

We stayed at the Pollard for a weekend in May. B&B is in a former bank building. Room was clean and we had a big king size bed with a beautiful headboard. The owners were friendly and accommodating . The housekeeper came by to ask if we needed anything and I told her towels and that we were leaving the...

If you want everything completely modern with rushed, fatty breakfasts, this is not the place for you. On the other hand, if you like history, love chatting, have time to relax and enjoy exceptional coffee, and appreciate a breakfast that doesn't weight you down with sheer volume and calories, then this is your place. Authentic antiques, very clean rooms, quality...

Our church had an overnight retreat at the Pollard Inn. It was a very nice experience. There were just a few things that made me rate them as a 4. First thing, the bathroom door in our bedroom would not latch so it did not shut all the way. ALL bathroom doors should latch and lock. At 5:00 am in...
