Hotel was nice and always clean. Everyone there was extremely nice and made you feel at home and that they were happy to have you there. Breakfast was better than ok. Rooms are nice. But walls are a little thin. Overall because of the staff and cleanliness. I would stay there anytime

The hotel and the room both seemed very clean, which made our stay very nice! But our nonsmoking room smelled of stale tobacco, and we could smell it on ourselves. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated a lot... The breakfast was great.

Bed was super comfey! There is an On the Border restaurant across the parking lot that was really good. Gas stations are nearby and there is a Sams club within a mile of the hotel. I did not use the pool (indoor) or the gym facility.

I booked my room, and planned to stay here for two night including Thanksgiving night. The desk attendant was curteous and lobby appeared clean. When I got to my room, I was overwhelmed with the smell of a cleaning product with a strong floral scent. It was so strong, that within minutes my throat constricted, and a headache began. I...

Dear Goingsolofemale; We are sorry to hear the cleaning product was overwhelming. We did talk to our head housekeeper to tone it down. Cause it was really strong when you had left. I am happy to hear the front desk was courteous with you and your issues though. Hope you had a great holiday.

I've stayed at Best Western many times; and have always had a pleasant experience. The rooms are clean and quiet; the staff professional and helpful. The free breakfast consisted of a varied yet healthful variety of foods. The pool and gym were well maintained. The hotel is smoke free; and since there will probably always be smokers, I would suggest...

Dear Sharon K; We are currently making a new area for the smokers. We have laid concrete down for the area. So it is underway for the new smoking area. We would like to have you stay again on your next trip. Happy Holidays!

The rooms were very nice. Not overly ornate but very nicely arranged. The WiFi was fast and the bed was very comfortable. The tub/shower was clean and the room did not have a faint smell of smoke as so many do. If I have another early appointment to OU medical or something in the area, I will stay here.

Clean, comfortable, attractive. Good location. Quiet. Right next door to On the Border restaurant. Very good breakfast bar. Extra perks on breakfast like shredded cheese and salsa for eggs. Toppings for oatmeal. Handicap room has very good bathroom. Only quibble is the check in is too tall - people in wheelchair cannot see the people behind the counter.

Dear Dleatx; Thank you for your concern on the check in counter. Yes we do agree it is a little tall for anyone in wheel chair. That is being fixed some time next year to make a cut out in the counter for better wheel chair access, and were happy to see everything else was great with your stay. have...

Been here a few times and been to most of the BW in Oklahoma. I'm fairly particular with the places I'll stay and will always go back to places where the staff is excellent. I figure if the room is slightly less than perfect (this was particular, clean and well-kept) a good staff will make things golden. I think the...
