My firm booked my reservation there using the firm credit card. When I checked in, they asked for my credit card. I told the clerk that the room was booked on my firm's card, yet they insisted that I provide a card, with the promise that the room would still be charged on the firm's card. Upon check-out the next...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 29 August 2016

Hubby and I selected the Aloft to celebrate our 20th anniversary and his birthday. We were looking for a hotel that wasn't going to be like the ones he stays in for business trips, something a little different but not snooty. Before our stay I emailed and asked for our 'savvy suite' to be in a quiet area of the...

We stayed one night after attending a Thunder game. Aloft was a perfect distance to walk to the arena and to Bricktown afterwards for food and drinks. Our room was clean, parking was easy, and the gentleman at the front desk was friendly (so was the girl at the bar- she made me a "mudslide" even though it wasn't something...

We loved this very cool hotel! Its very modern and has a nice vibe, the staff is very helpful and polite. We especially liked the manager Patrick, his professionalism made our stay! He was proactive and accommodating with a little issue we had with a misunderstanding about the parking garage. Every time he saw us in the hotel he would...

This hotel is retro. Ok decor but things are missing. Some are not that important - no door on closet, no liners (ew) in trash bins. Dim lights. Ice bucket and accessories that look like they belong in a dorm room. In fact that's really what this is like. A box with a door. There is a bed, a padded...

Dear Maude855, I’m sorry you didn’t like the look of the hotel but I will admit, it’s not for everyone. Award-winning internationally-renowned architect David Rockwell designed the major aspects of our décor. It’s supposed to reflect an eco-conscious, modern, and constantly evolving design aimed predominately at the ‘modern, connected, and dynamic business traveler’, or as you put it: hipsters. In...

Hotel is very lofty and in a wonderful location. Decor is not expensive but the nightly charge is! $200.00+ and no complementary anything!! (Except for a bottle of water). No free coffee in the lobby for guest and breakfast is really a cost. Parking is an additional charge of $14.00 a day. Decor is cheaply done. Paper blinds on the...

Krista R, I am truly sorry that you feel that our pricing is excessive and that we’re too cheap for expensive décor. I don’t like it when anyone feels slighted by our product so I’d like to provide you with some information as to why we do the things that we do. Firstly, the décor is chosen so as to...

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. There are stores and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The only problem that I had with the hotel was the water pressure in the shower was terrible. I'm all for going "green" and "saving the planet," but if it takes 15 minutes longer...

I've stayed in this chain of hotels a number of times and have never really been disappointed. The bar is very nice, there is a decent sized outdoor pool as well. The gym is extremely small and limited but still accommodates your needs. The rooms are a really nice size and my favorite part is the shower area. Overall good...
