I, along with my little dog, are currently on an extended stay here, due to moving issues, and It’s been wonderful. First of all, the staff has been beyond friendly, professional & accommodating, which has been a blessing during a stressful time. I have a queen suite, which is modern, clean & comfortable. Not huge, but with ample space for luggage + more. The living area includes: a dining area with a sink, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and wall mounted bar top with stools. A comfy velveteen couch with a pull out bed and matching ottoman complete the spac The bedroom area has a wall mounted desk with 2 work areas/chairs, and a mounted flat screen TV featuring basic cable + some premium channels. There’s also a tall closet/cabinet that stores an ironing table/iron/luggage rack, two bedside tabletops, a large window with light blocking curtains, a long window seat, and comfortable bed. The linens are not luxurious, but soft, fresh, stain-free & devoid of wear & tear. Pillows are plentiful & fresh, yet basic. The bathroom is small & standard. But, the walk-in shower is surprisingly roomy, with glass doors, a ‘meh’ adjustable shower head, and enough hot for a long shower. The towels, toilet paper & toiletries suck, but work. The front desk has complimentary items like toothbrushes & razors if you forgot yours. The exterior is modern & well maintained, with low shrubbery surrounding the building. There's lots of small, clean grassy areas for a dog to potty, but no large ones to run or play on. Parking is ample, well lit , and close to doors that only open with a room key. The back lot private and large for trailers and trucks. A door in the hotel leads to the small private pool, It’s surrounded by lounge chairs, and includes a wooden deck with a roofed area for shade. The water is clear & clean, with no chlorine or chemical smell. I don’t recall if there is a hottub. A concrete canopy leads to the main entrance, so you can park there to check-in or pick up people. Reception is in a bright, modern lobby with multiple seating-both work tables with 4-6 seats, and a lounge with a couch, tv and fireplace. Additionally, there is small bookshelf ‘library’, a cabinet with tons of tourism literature, and a small desk that holds a computer & printer for guest use. The breakfast room is basic, and offers a few cold breakfast items like bagels/bread, yogurt, cereal, fruit, juice & coffee. I believe there’s a waffle maker of some sort-but I am not sure. You can go in at any time and disposable plates, bowls, cups, napkins and cutlery. Finally-location! You can’t get much better. Located off a street in the center of town and within a 2-15min walk/5 min drive to most anything you may need. This includes the OK State campus, Gallagher-Iba arena, Boone Pickens stadium & the Wes Watkins Center. Directly across the main entrance/parking, there’s a Del Taco, Chipotle, Shlotsky’s, and bank. Across the back is an auto supply store and hi-tech new car wash. A note on that-the drive through wash is really…loud, with a siren going on and off, plus a loud robotic voice instructing the cars in and out. You can’t hear it inside the hotel, but it scares my Yorkie when we are outside. Other than that, I have never heard any street noise or otherwise inside. Other nearby businesses include a 2 shopping centers with stores like Hobby Lobby, Homegoods, TJ Maxx, Ulta & Old Navy + fast food & Starbucks. There’s a nail & hair salon, dispensary, grocery store with a pharmacy, a gas station stocked with convenience items/food, plus a great selection of wine, beer/other alcoholic drinks…oh, there’s a Super Walmart, too! Multiple casual dining restaurants and an Urgent Care center are also minutes away. It’s literally in one of the most convenient areas in town. Overall…this is a wonderful choice-a moderately priced, comfortable, clean & safe hotel for a short term or extended stay. While not a luxury resort, it should certainly fill the needs of of most travelers very well.

The property was clean, the beds comfy and the staff accommodating. Be aware - single queen rooms DO NOT have a mini-fridge as indicating by reservations call center. Also consider - the single queen rooms do not have enough accessible wall outlets for charging devices.

Upon entering, I was greeted by...nothing. Nobody was there while I waited 5 minutes for the night Manager, who was incredibly rude. The room had no mini fridge, and we were traveling with a baby (who gets milk before bed), so that was super. There were no towels in the room, so my wife went to the front desk to meet Ms. Attitude, where she was shooed away after giving her two towels and a wash cloth for 4 people. The AC in the room was on its last leg, and had to be set to minimum in order to keep the room somewhat livable. All in all, this was the worst hotel experience I've had in 22 years of adulting.

I made reservations for the weekend over a month ago. Showed up and they had no rooms (could still see my reservation just no room available). Needless to say I was livid. The poor kid behind the counter was apologetic but frustrated. I knew it wasn’t his fault. I asked for the manager, Sarah— she wasn’t on property. This really irritated me because this kid hadn’t been on the job two weeks. What kind of manager leaves an inexperienced employee alone on a weekend? There were other customers who found their rooms hadn’t been cleaned, keys weren’t working. It was a nightmare. Took about 45 minutes from arrival to get us into a room. It was so loud during the night we didn’t get much sleep. I’m so very disappointed in the establishment and hope they make it right as well as train the staff better, especially the manager.
