We had a great time. We originally had a 2 queen bed room which was quite nice until construction noise woke me up at 6 am. I requested a different room and Faith upgraded us to a fabulous King suite!

We loved our stay in this Tulsa landmark. The lobby is gorgeous and retains the history. Beautiful original elevators. Great combination of classic vintage architecture with modern technology. The check-in process was speedy and the staff made us feel so welcome. The valet

My stay at this historic hotel was the absolute best experience in all of my travels. Beyond the distinct charm and elegance of a gorgeous hotel with such rich history, it was the staff that took this hotel to the next level. From the moment I walked in, I was treated

Terrible & rude staff, old and dated rooms, half used amenities, no robes in room (least of all the problems, no valet, private car unavailable after reserving a month in advance to pick us up at airport. Loud screaming drunks everywhere. The vibe was more like a Best Western

Dear Meganmm2, I apologize we did not live up to your expectations. We always strive to impress our guests, and what you are describing is not typical of our hotel. All our hotel rooms have been undergoing a major renovation in the recent months with brand new furniture, fresh paint and many other extra amenities. Thus, I am puzzled about your "old and dated rooms" comment. We offer 24 hour valet parking, and a complimentary shuttle to our guests. I would love to learn more about your problems with our shuttle. As in any hotel, sometimes we get a guest that decides to disturb peace late at night. In the future, I encourage you to call the front desk so we can take care of this issue. We have a manager on duty who immediately responds to any noise complaints around the hotel. We do not allow parties in the hotel rooms, and a classy, relaxing and positive vibe around the hotel is something we try to maintain at all times. The only partying that is encouraged at The Mayo is in The Penthouse- our roof top bar. Please feel free to reach out to me at lukas@themayohotel.com, if you would like to further discuss your experience. Customer satisfaction is the number one priority for me. Warmest Regards, Lukas Vodicka General Manager

Beautiful amenities, spacious rooms, great location and staff. Having been all over the world, The Mayo is the best in the state of Oklahoma. I would highly recommend the establishment. Literally a blocks walk away from BOK!

How much is guest parking for one night stay?
The valet is $20. I used it and it worked great. You can also park at a garage, but most are a couple blocks away and are at least $8 to $10 or more a day. Street parking is free after 5 PM on Monday through Friday if you can find a spot. It's free all day to park downtown on Saturday and Sunday.

I'm not sure the name of the suite. But I did stay in one suite that had an actual door to the bedroom. There is another larger suite that does not have a door to the bedroom. But I don't know the difference between the two as far as the name

Debit Card will work. Just make sure you have enough "room" on the card. They're super friendly there anyway.

Feel free to call the hotel directly at 918-582-6296. Since we only have one Celebrity Suite and it is quite a special room, we only accept direct bookings over the phone. Best, Management The Mayo Hotel
