Courtyards are some of my favorite places to stay because of the way Marriott can take a rundown old building that has historical value and turn it into a work of art again. They hit it out of the ballpark with the Courtyard in Downtown Tulsa. We stay at this location any time we attend an event at the BOK....

Nice hotel with great staff. While the hotel is a little dated and the common areas show the age of a 80 year old building. There is no free parking at this hotel you must use the valet parking. The restaurant selection is very limited on weekends.

We came for business with fluctuations in the dates of our reservations. Originally booking four days, we had to cut that to two days due to changes in plans. We called ahead of time, talked to Lou Ann at the front desk and she was so helpful!! We got the best service, including a free bottled water and cookies at...

The Courtyard by Marriott is located in downtown Tulsa. It is in a renovated art deco building, the former Atlas Life Building. The building renovation won an award that is located on the 2nd floor lobby. There is a Starbucks on the same floor. The Art Deco 1st floor lobby has beautiful architecture and is furnished in period pieces. It is...

The good: historic building, beautiful architecture, extremely helpful and friendly check in staff. There is also a Starbucks on site, plus deli on ground floor, so easy to get quick coffee or snack. The not as good: room lighting was inadequate (for business traveler with work to do), they could really use an electrician to look at those sparking/loose wall...

From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and super friendly! From Rick (valet parking) to the ladies at the lobby desk - Kim (and I'm so sorry I forgot the other lady's name), everyone we met was smiling and ready to welcome us to Tulsa and the Courtyard. King Suite was beautiful, comfortable, quiet, and extremely clean! We...

The rooms are good with a big bathroom, historic building, enough for a couple of days. Nothing remarkable, very good service at the bar and not bad at reception, but it can be improved at reception. It is right in the city center.

Stayed for three days for a wedding and family visit. A block was arranged for wedding-early enough to get in because NCAA basketball teams and fans filled the rest. Valet parking were outstanding ($10/d) and friendly. Front desk on 2nd floor with bar & seating, had a tournament board, breakfast place on first floor generally not open weekends but opened...

Location downtown is convenient and you're close by to a lot of stuff via walking. The building itself is quite handsome. You come in on the ground floor that is an open commercial space with cafes and stores. Take the elevator up to the lobby to check-in. The room was decent sized and if you've stayed in a Courtyard before,...

Dear Guest, Thank you for staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Tulsa Downtown. We were so excited that you enjoyed your stay while you were visiting Tulsa, Oklahoma. I really like the renovated building downtown and the location is conventient. The check-in was great, the food was adequate and the room was nice and clean. Ask to be away from the elevators as they rumble in the background.
