We enjoyed the gorgeous scenery along the Pacific coast and stayed the night in Brookings. The charming staff, clean and spacious room, indoor pool were all pleasant. We had a comfortable sleep and the breakfast was good. The little town was cute, and we found great Mexican food across the street at helpful Di's advice. We would go back again!

I needed a place to stay in Brookings for two nights. To be blunt, I booked this hotel because it was cheap (about 1/4 of the higher-priced motels). I read through the comments and decided to go ahead and book there. The reservation (which I found through TripAdvisor) was with PriceLine. There was no way to specify a non-smoking or...

I thought this hotel was very reasonable in price for the location and accommodations. The hotel staff was nice and helpful. I thought it was good to have a breakfast available if you wanted to eat. The rooms were clean and so was the exterior.

Cheap room and there's a reason. There was clumps of mud on the night stand, the sink had obviously had coffee dumped in it but not rinsed even rinsed out (hence the stains). The toilet hasn't been cleaned in quite some time either as there were black streaks around the inside of the bowl. Makes me wonder what is left...

At $60 a night the place is cheap, but you get what you pay for. It's looking run down and it appears the maintenance is minimal. Broken ice machine downstairs, our room door jammed every time we tried to open it, breezeway lighting did not come on automatically after dark making an unsafe situation, lighting in room dimmed several times...

Room is old, rundown and not especially clean. No front desk staff from 10 pm to 8 am., hope your toilet doesn't back up in those hours! We had people outside out door drinking, swearing and fighting all night long and could hear them trashing the room 2 doors down.. Did not feel safe there at all and there is...

We have stayed here several times and plan on staying again in the future. Rooms are clean and quite. Location is close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants and the river. The staff and locals are very friendly. I great place to bring the family.

This is the only place we stay when we come over every weekend for my sons soccer games. Great staff, affordable, clean rooms, walking distance to restaurants, heated indoor pool, and continental breakfast with fresh waffles. Not frozen ones that you have to put in the toaster. Been staying here for the past 3yrs. They have reg rooms or nice...

Nothing fancy but the price is good for what u get.( Pool and breakfast. )The hot tub was closed. Breakfast was basic but for what I paid did not expect much. The waffle maker was broke and no bread left for toast. The room was clean. The carpet needed to be cleaned though.
