Upon my arrival, the ladies at the front desk were very kind and professional. The smell of the freshly baked cookies were a nice touch. My room was very clean and I loved the abundance of pillows they place on the bed. It was super comfortable to sleep on and the fireplace made the room extra cozy. I love how updated the amenities are as well, plus the lovely view of the ocean. I went to use the pool and jacuzzi and it looks like they do a good job with the upkeep despite it being crowded a lot. This is all around a solid hotel and the fact that the staff keeps the property very clean is such a huge deal for me. I will be sure to come back and recommend to others.

I absolutely loved it here. The location is perfect right across from Haystack Rock and steps to the beach. My room was super clean and comfortable, I slept so well with the gas fireplace and the window cracked just a bit so I could hear the roar of the ocean. Staff were exceptionally friendly and were accommodating when I asked to extend my stay by one more night. Wish I could have stayed longer and can't wait to come back.

With this location you can grab wood and smores and head to the beach. DVD's, Bino's, games, bikes are all complementary to rent. Across the street from Pelican Bay Brewing with good foods, or walk downtown- about 15-20 minute walk away. Close to nice restaurant. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Be sure to get one with a deck and view- well worth it!

We had such a wonderful time here! We opened the door to our room and saw the ocean view at the end of the bed! Very impressive! Hot tub, cookies, boot clean-off stations, beach chairs, and the closest rooms to the ocean we could see. We didn't want to leave.

We had a great stay at this resort. We had a 2 bedroom with an ocean view. Gorgeous views of Haystack rock. The kitchen was well equipped with a full fridge and there was a Murphy bed in the living room for my teen that was just as comfortable as the other beds. The hotel has everything and I mean everything you need. Most of it is free. We really enjoyed renting movies, board games and the cute wood and s’mores supplies to have a fire on the beach. One thing to be aware is if you are booking the 2 bedroom, to get to the 2nd bedroom you have to go through the first bedroom. So night time with kids having to go in and out of our room to use the bathroom wasn’t very restful. Otherwise it was great!

The room we had was very pricey, but worth it for a special couple's splurge. We spent wonderful days watching the ocean, the Haystack, the people and dogs on the beach. We had great views from the balcony and the room, though sadly not from the spa-tub -- but hadn't really expected that. We were lucky with sunny days in March, hardly a guarantee! Staff were friendly and helpful, but we didn't have many needs. Room was very good, spacious and clean with many nice amenities. Only complaint is that lighting was very irregular -- some strangely dark areas (like the bathroom). Proximity to shops and particularly restaurants is fantastic! Beach access is great -- very close to Haystack Rock.

Stayed at sister property previously. Views and room layouts fabulous. Did the fire/smores package on beach. Kids loved it. The tide pools are a must. Pool area excellent. Room clean. Only issue was kids running in room above us Friday night.
