Peace, serenity, tranquility, luxurious comfort, pampered...only a few of the amenities at this gem. Spacious rooms with ultra comfort linens, perfect mattress, and decor with warm tones sets the mood for relaxation. Walk the grounds to enjoy 28 acres of vineyards, orchard, vegetable and flower gardens, soothing waterfall. Shari's breakfasts are incredible!! And her 93-yr-young mothers keeps an endless supply...

Great hospitality, location, breakfast, rooms and very friendly hosts, Shari and Joe. Wine on the deck each afternoon in perfect Oregon weather was a highlight. Carlton a neat little nearby town. Try Cuvée.

Shari & Joe are marvelous hosts! Our room was so comfortable. The beds are dreamy. The surrounding grounds are beautiful. The breakfasts are amazing with fresh fruit and delicious home-made goodies. Ruth, Shari's 93-year old mother, is a delight as are her cookies. All around great visit. We hope to return next year!

The Lobenhaus B&B is a lovely place surrounded by vineyard. Shari and Joe were most gracious hosts. They made us feel very welcomed. Our room (Maple) was quite nice and very comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious too. It's a GREAT place to stay.

We chose this B&B because of location and saw other good reviews. It did not disappoint! Lobenhaus has Carlton address yet is nearest to Lafayette and right between Carlton, McMinnville and Dundee. Really centrally located for all the towns and wineries in the area. Nearest wineries are Monks Gate and Anne Amie. Peaceful beautiful grounds with trees, creek and grapevine...

What an absolutely delightful B&B, we had a really lovely room, that led out to a shared veranda overlooking the garden. Joe and Shari are wonderful hosts, and prepared beautiful breakfasts with fresh strawberries from their own garden. We were encouraged to walk around their vineyards, which we enjoyed, the peace and tranquility was an absolute delight. Shari's 92 year...

My husband and I enjoyed a recent stay at Lobenhaus to tour the Oregon wine country near Dundee Hills. While the B & B is comfortable and clean, what made our stay especially noteworthy were our hosts Joe and Shari. Shari and her 92 year old mother, Ruth, prepared an exceptional breakfast that is served to all guests at 9...

We had a terrific stay at Lobenhaus, May 7 - 11. Shari and Joe were excellent hosts. The location is great for visiting the wineries of Willamette Valley yet is the perfect getaway from city hubbub. The grounds are beautifully landscaped by Joe, with hummingbirds flitting from one beautiful bush to the next. Shari offered tips on wineries and restaurants,...

There are many bed and breakfast places in the Willamette Valley Oregon wine country where you can choose to stay and Lobenhaus is a great choice. My wife and I stayed here for two nights so we could explore Carlton, OR wine tasting. We made a very good choice indeed. I have stayed in well over 50 B&B's around the...

Loved this place to bits! Even their cat, Pinot Noir was so friendly and helpful. Loved the peace and quiet, and we loved our comfy room (Oak Room). There was always wine and cookies all day and the breakfast prepared by Cora was delightful. But what's most worth it for staying here is that they have so many complimentary tastings...
