The staff were all very nice but the rooms are very poor quality and are in severe need of remodel. Some things are broken and/or missing such as our fridge was missing. Bath tub didn't drain that great etc. Could really use better maintenance.

Functional hotel that has seen it's time. I was able to get a deal through third party site, which would be the max I would pay. Do not pay more than 130$ a night, and that is generous. Door is old and sticks half the time, bathroom etc needs major remodel etc for what they charge. But again, it worked just think 99$ a night is appropriate. I have stayed at better Super 8s.

We stay there for one August 5th room and bathroom is big but ceiling is very low made me uncomfortable I couldn't sleep. It's not worth for $200 a night I wouldn't stay there again. I would not recommend.

This hotel cost a lot of money, as it is part of the Red Lion franchise. When I booked our room it was advertised to have a pool, hot tub, and exercise room. When we arrived I was informed that the pool and hot tub were not available. The next morning I went to use the exercise room and it also was not available. I inquired at the desk and they told me that the electronic lock must not be working and their worker would arrive a few hours later and he would fix the lock. I went for a jog down the road and noted that the Best Western hotel down the road had a working pool. I asked the front desk for some sort of discount since none of their amenities were working. She said that the rates are set by corporate office. I emailed the corporate office and they said that each franchise is on its own. Eleven days earlier I payed half this much for a hotel room at a major international airport and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, workout room, and a free breakfast. Bottom line: I won't use Red Lion again! It can't be trusted.

I was rented a room that was known to have a defective tv.. It never got repaired. they offered me a 25 dollar refund on a 280 dollar price. They ended up returning the pet deposit. Real slime bags. I'll never go to a red lion again.
