We stayed there for one night to see the fossil beds. We had the main house apartment with 3 bedrooms. The interior was charming at first but when I looked closer it seemed everything was bought from the flea market. Chairs squeaked, and some if the interior doors were replaced by some sort of curtain made of table cloth. It...

Mike was a courteous host for this very nice Inn. The room was very nicely furnished with all the needed amenities with a nice restaurant within walking distance. My stay was during a bicycle trip across the US and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this Inn is.

We stayed two nights and after 2 months on the road and many RV parks this is definitely one of the best. Mike is amazing, never stops, everything is well cared for, clean and tidy. Lovely to have green lawns and shady trees. Good access off the main road with a rear drive out. A quick walk to cafe and...

We've stayed in lots of RV Parks with our 5th wheel but this is one of the best. Only 6 long back-in sites, all with full hook-ups. Everything neat, tidy, and clean. Two shower/bathroom stalls--very private. Quiet and laid back. Also there is a house and a couple of cabins for rent on the property. Laundry room, too. Well-maintained grass...

We reserved the Salmon Suite and found it to be one of the best decisions we made on our road trip. Just minutes from the Painted Hills, it offered a cozy space at the end of a hard day of exploring. The main room of the Salmon Suite came with a comfy bed, TV which my husband was delighted to...

Excellent place to stay. Mike is a friendly & perfect host. The rooms are immaculate and cleanest of any place we've stayed at. Top notch all the way. We stayed at Blue Lagoon and would recommend it to anyone. Very affordable as well.

This is a wonderful property - clean restrooms and laundry facility and beautifully maintained grounds! It is a short walk to a cafe - terrific breakfast, made to order. Across the street from the cafe is a general store that has just about anything you might need.

There is simply no comparison. Perfectly groomed property, immaculate private baths with shower (you're even provided with towels and asked to wipe down the shower with the towel after using),, picnic tables that have been sanded, full hook-ups, the attention to detail her is amazing. Located on HWY 26 in Dayville, behind the Fish Inn, it is easy to miss....

We only planned to stay one night but the room was so comfy and the manager so helpful with suggestions for places to visit that we stayed 2. We wish more RV parks offered a cabin to stay in because people who stay there are friendly and chatty. We chose the room upstairs with a shared bathroom but since the...

We traveled through the region with a plan to explore the John Day Fossil Beds. As a family of six with three tents, two dogs, and a baby, it was so nice to find a place we could make reservations in the middle of July, throw our tents on the grass, and relax. The property is well-cared for and peaceful,...

“From what I've seen all of the rooms are unique and it really depends on what suits the individual we liked the cottage theme but another guest I met said the main house was great and the rates are amazing.”

“All of the upstairs rooms were nice. Field and Stream and Seaside were the quaintest--each had a little alcove with a twin bed in it for the little one. Cattail Cove is fine--just one bed, though.”
