The Black Walnut Inn is a well-done, romantic, jewel of a place. Our room was large and the view of the vinyard just below was breathtaking. Breakfast was farm to table fare and it was spectacular. Tiny details like the baskets in the bathroom prepped perfectly for female travelers, chairs strategically places throughout the property to sit and take in...

The Inn has been sold and will open under new management in a few months. But Neal and Karen were excellent hosts. Went beyond the call to accommodate us with excellent hospitality. They opened their doors to us even though they were closed for the closing. The Inn is beautiful and has a very warm atmosphere. Give the new owners...

Decided to skip Napa and try Oregon for a visit. Gave this place a call and they had just one night available and suggested we try the Dubdee Manor the other 2 nights. This place was definitely the best, staff was fantastic. More of a hotel feel compared to a regular B&B. Definitely worth the money, friendly staff and great...

Stayed here two nights. We had a beautiful view from our balcony over the vineyards and the Willamette Valley around Dundee. Breakfast in the morning was elegant and delicious. We really liked the no pets/no children policy. Very quiet, at a good elevation above the vineyards. We will definitely go back! The owners, Karen and Neal, were gracious and helpful...

If you love Italy, Spain French countryside. You will love the Black Walnut. Amazing staff, open and beautiful rooms. So spacious feels like your own hacienda. Try it you will love it. On top of the valley looking at the world.

The vista suite had a comfortable bed and spectacular views. The whole property was gorgeous. We felt like we were in Tuscany! Great breakfast, wonderful hospitality. We were in love! We would go back again and again.

We had the Old World room which was described as having breathtaking views in a corner room. I was looking forward to sharing some wine with my husband and enjoying the view on the terrace, but what we found was a roof line. The inn keeper actually pointed to two chairs pushed into the corner so we could peek around...

We are surprised to see that this guest considers us liars. We are not sure what description these guests read about the Old World, however we do disclose both on line and on the phone that this room has a view of Mount Hood from the balcony. There is also a photograph posted which shows the obstructed view from the...

The views are wonderful- you see the rolling, vine filled vistas of Tuscany- well, almost- it is, after all Oregon. The breakfast is fulsome and flavorful. Sunday breakfasts are especially expansive and delicious -served up in the kitchen and generously given out by the friendly hosts who are full of good information about the area. I have stayed here before...

We would recommend that you follow this guest's recommendation to look at the photographs and descriptions because as we responded to the prior review, some rooms have a better view than others but there is also a pricing difference. Thanks for the great review! Safe Travels, Karen

Absolutely wonderful! We were upgraded upon arrival to the L'Amour suite which has the most amazing views from its terrace. The breakfasts here are delicious. Everything and I mean everything was a 5 star.

Well, we are not able to upgrade very often because we are usually pretty full this time of year but we love it when we can. Thanks for the kind review and hope you get to visit again. Safe Travels, Karen
