When you need simple and clean this is a place that fits the bill; after all for most travelers, the wining and dining happens on the town and the only need here is to have a dry place to lay your head. This is it. Professional staff, efficient and organized. I stayed over while having house work done, its just...

The "bed" in my room was unbelievable! One of the railings for the mattress was left dangerously pulled out about 18 inches from the so-called bed --- and, on the side where the little table and chairs where, so I attempted to get into the bed from that side. The dang railing hung out so far that I tripped on...

I've been staying at the motel 66 in Eugene on a regular basis for four years. It wasn't ever much to shout about but it was clean, cheap, and friendly. It is no longer any of the above. The last time I stayed there it was filthy, the desk person was rude, and there was a dead rat outside our...

The sink was broken and spitting out brown water. The management is rude. The maids make a point to knock on the door every morning at 9 am or earlier. They pound on the door. Its enough to give you a heart attack in dead sleep. The train goes through four times in the middle of the night hitting the...

This is where the local lowlife, the bums/crazies/drunks/addicts go when they can scrape a few dollars together to get off the street. When I moved here and was waiting for my home to be ready, I stopped in here looking to see if it was a good place to stay. The parking lot had two very drunk, very dirty people,...

We stayed here for the graduation weekend at the U.O. Hotel staff are all friendly, the rooms we were in were all more or less clean. By no means to a high standard, but we typically stay in 4 star+ and this was manageable in the pinch we were in. Beds comfortable, I've stayed in worse in higher end hotels!...

5 times a night I was woken up to the unbelievably loud horn, and my whole room shaking. Lock your car and keep an eye on it. This is the sort of hotel where I slept with the gun on the nightstand. Rooms are very old. If you can handle stained towels, knowing they've been washed, this is not a...

I had made a reservation for another Motel down the street, but after seeing the price, I couldn't pass it up, and as it turns out, paying more for a room anywhere on Franklin avenue where all these hotels and Motels are situated all have the same train tracks running behind them, making the same racket, morning noon, and deep...

While it's not the Ritz, the 66 Motel is clean and more central than the Motel 6 or similar economy motels. I've stayed here several times and the people in the front desk have always been really nice to me. The one area they could really improve is to clean the room's carpet, since it left my feet filthy. The...
