After spending 3 nights this past weekend all I can say is "we can't wait to visit again". We stayed in the Yew suite with our brother and sister in law in the Cedar Room and our son and his wife in the Douglas room. The breakfasts are amazing and Mark's potatoes were worth getting up each morning. The view...

Sometimes you choose a place off the beaten track and you regret it. Not so with this B and B. It was unlike any other I have been to, but it is charming, comfortable and oh so welcoming. Beth greeted us and the next morning Mark prepared our breakfast. The greeting was warm, the breakfast was superb. These folks love...

We spent 3 mid-week nights at Lanzarotta. The days were mostly rainy but it didn't matter much. The location is about 10 miles from Eugene and central to some great Willamette Valley wineries, Iris and King Estates being the best for their wine as well as the views. Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir are excellent. King Estates serves a great...

We stayed here so we could visit the Kings Valley Winery and loved it! Very interesting B&B located in the woods so lots of neat trails and very quiet! The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding! Our only regret is that we didn't have more time to spend looking around the area. The Inn keepers are very pleasant...

My goodness, located in wine country outside of Eugene, Mark and Beth have created Heaven in the Woods! Just where you might least expect to find it, lies a beautifully appointed getaway with exceptional hospitality...and breakfasts worth lingering over. We spent three nights in the Yew Suite. Comfy amenities include a king Tempt-Pedic, wood-crafted furnishings, windows all around, and decking...

This is a fabulous place to stay in Eugene. They are close to so many wineries and their accommodations are amazing! Mark and Beth have poured their hearts into this place and didn't miss a detail. We arrived late and they left music player with the the lights on low when we arrived. We enjoyed a bottle of wine, cheese,...

Sometimes the stars align perfectly and you end up discovering the most wonderful place you've ever stayed! Owners Mark and Beth are very much in love and this love was poured into the building of the bed and breakfast and is what transforms the retreat into a very extraordinary experience. We stayed in the Yew Suite and peace and serenity...

Beautifully located in a quiet and secluded forest. The road leading to the house is by itself gorgeous as you meander through the forest and drive up a few steep slopes. Marc, the owner and host, is such a pleasant, courteous, and soft-spoken individual. He greeted us upon arrival and showed us his place, without ever being overbearing. What a...

Loved the detail and all the beautiful wood. Proprietors could not have been nicer people. Food was great. Superb experience with lovely hosts. Right near King Estates winery which we went to for dinner. Enjoyed a bike ride on the covered bridge scenic Bikeway in Cottage Grove. Our stay at Lanzarottas was serene and relaxing. Just beautifully done. Thank you!!...

I've stayed at Lanzarotta's at least 3 times and enjoyed each one. Mark and Beth are the quintessential hosts, the breakfasts that Mark prepares are amazing, and the rooms are more than unique--extraordinary, in fact! There are just 3 rooms, each constructed from cedar, Douglas fir, or yew. The Cedar and Doug Fir rooms are very nice and unique, but...
