No issues with my stay here at all. We were coming in from Corvallis and we arrived early in the morning, and they had a room ready for us - I was thrilled. Hotel is right across the street from UofO campus, so walking around is not an issue. Breakfast was decent - loved the pancake machine!

Love this motel. Very comfortable rooms, quiet. We enjoyed our stay . The breakfast was very nice with lots of choices, and the staff was exceptionally nice and happy to help you. This will definitely be our choice the next time we visit the Eugene area.

We stopped in Eugene on a road trip from Palm Springs, CA, to Vancouver, BC. Very conveniently located off I-5, in a nice quiet location, with very good options for dinner nearby. Excellent staff, efficient service, good breakfast options.

This motel is always a stop for us when we travel to Oregon to visit our family. We especially enjoy the view of Mt. Shasta which we were able to see from our room and also from the dining area. The motel is very much like a lodge, beautiful interior and exterior. The service is excellent, and the food is...

OK place for the $$$. However, I was not given my Best Western points because it was booked through a service, but there was no notice this as the case or I would not have used the travel service. Please give me my points, and travelers do not book with any service....use the hotel directly.

Very convenient hotel for a visit to the University of Oregon. It's right across the street from the Mathew Knight Arena and Ford Alumni Center. Walking distance to everything on campus. Stayed in a suite which had three queen beds. Very large and comfortable for a larger group.

I stayed for three nights during particularly rainy weather, which meant that the parking lot was rather wet with deep puddles. The room felt rather cozy during the rain. The room was up three floors and I don't think there was an elevator but I didn't mind the walk up the stairs. The room itself was large and comfortable with...

close to campus, clean, easy. Rooms are roomy with balconies. Breakfast was more than expected with eggs, meats & pancakes in addition to bagels & cereal. All the staff were very accommodating and pleasant.

I think the rates at this hotel vary greatly what is happening in Eugene. We happened to be here on a night when we were able to get a decent rate. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was pretty decent, and the room comfortable. It was clean enough, but I hate dirty mirrors and the closet mirror...
