There was no coffee pot in the room and the breakfast nook did not open until 7:30 AM. There was also NO creamer. I would have given this place a five star rating but this is a HUGE disappointment. We were able to walk to town for dinner and that was nice. Peaceful stay.

This is a nice, small inn. We were in room 9 which had a living area overlooking the river and a separate bedroom. The staff was great. The room was lacking a coffee maker but it was available in the breakfast area. The was no A/C but cross ventilation kept us very comfortable. It is quiet, well located, and easy...

I selected this place based on fellow tripadvisor reviewers suggestion. The price was midrange for Florence. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed, good TV, free wireless and a decent breakfast. I don't have anything bad to say about the experience. Both the afternoon attendant and the morning host were very pleasant. They were both very helpful in...

We had a very pleasant stay. There is a complimentary private hot tub in a separate, open air building that we reserved for an hour. The hotel is on top of a hill that overlooks the town and right at the bottom of the hill is an awesome restaurant, The Little Brown Hen Cafe, that had great food and giant...

We had to stop in Florence because it was getting late. They have 10 rooms total. We got a room with 2 queen beds. The room was small, but clean. The staff are VERY friendly. Our room was warm and they gave us a fan. They even brought us extra towels and a coffee maker with spoons and real coffee...

Very pleasant stay. I travelled solo and was grateful for the advice on nearby attractions and hiking options. Very friendly staff, easy in/ out and within walking distance to old town area. Great rates, especially since traveling solo. Breakfast is minimal.

We were looking for a place to stay in Florence, and saw the landmark Inn in a travel brochure. The ad stated reasonable prices, but from the outside I was guessing it would be pricey. We had been traveling up the coast for a few days, and found that prices were quite high, I had been unhappy with the previous...

I had a brief business trip to Florence and after reading reviews, thought I'd try the Landmark Inn. It worked well for my purposes. The only downside for me was that my room did not have a table and it was awkward doing work sitting by the side of the bed or sitting on the bed. There are rooms with...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Now rated #1 in Florence on one booking site, one of the "Top 3 in Florence Lodging" on another travel/review site, and top ratings on a second booking site. We have just 12 unique rooms that we built in 1998 and 2008. We sit up on a hilltop, a half-block off the main highway. We are a safe, clean and quiet inn with no bridge or highway noise. Many rooms have bay windows with views of Old Town, the sand dunes, and the river. Our rooms choices go from a cozy single queen to deluxe spa suites. The second floor has vaulted ceilings throughout. New 43" flatscreen TVs are in most rooms. Our hearty continental breakfast includes sausage links & cheeses, 6-7 flavors of bakery bagels, organic granola and organic muesli, all served on real dishes with real silverware. Free Wifi. Free private use of our guest spa building at the edge of the woods is included. We've been Green forever. You're always a winner at the Landmark Inn! We do not have an elevator. We take a deposit equal to the first night at the time of booking. It is fully refundable if cancelled prior to 48 hours before arrival, with no cancellation fee. ... more   less
