This place is an absolute gem. It costs a little more than we usually spend, but is absolutely worth it as a romantic getaway. The rooms were so nicely appointed I didn't want to leave! All rooms have a view of the Rogue River and a balcony. The lodge greeted us warmly and served us a glass of wine and...

We stayed at TuTuTun for one night during a trip down the coast. It was lovely. The whole place was so soothing. We could watch that river go by for hours. The rooms were super-comfortable with every need anticipated. The breakfast was just right (perfectly poached eggs; plenty of goodies). The reception was genuine and friendly. We will make a...

On our trip up the California and Oregon Coast Tu Tu Tun was the jewel of the trip. We knew it was going to be cool and planned two nights, but wished we had stayed longer. The rooms are awesome. We had a hot spring water soaking tub on our deck. We went kayaking (the kayaks and stand up paddle...

We spent two nights Tu Tu Tun (TTT) in one of their ground level suites with a hot tub. The room itself was really gorgeous and the hot tub was a lot of fun. It felt a bit wasteful to fill the hot tub with each use, but it's hard to complain about when we had such a lovely time....

Let me tell this, at the moment we got to Tu Tu Tun we knew that it would ruin the remaining of out vacations because we still had 3 other hotels to stay in and I knew none of them would beat this one. First of all the customer service experience...everyone is so polite, happy and professional that we felt...

Wow. This hotel is just beyond incredible. We drove down from Portland while on our way to San Francisco. The drive was long, rainy and totally dreary the whole way down. Then, like magic, we drove up the mountainside to Tu Tu'Tun and the clouds cleared just in time for our arrival. And what a marvelous hotel it is. Luxurious,...

This is an outstanding lodge with so much to do (or nothing at all). Our family stayed in one of the houses on the river and everything was great. The river is beautiful, but don't miss hiking though the red woods. The meals were great and the service was the best. Every request was met with an eager response. This...

This lodge is awesome, and I couldn't ask for more. Even without a TV in the room, it was a great atmosphere. We went in the off season (late fall-winter), where it is more of a bed and breakfast. Complimentary beer or wine in the evening, and a great breakfast in the morning (included with room rate). The room was...

We first heard of Tu Tu'Tun from my parents. It was their most favorite place to visit. Dad passed away a couple of years ago and Mom passed last year. So my husband and I decided last year to stay for a couple of days after a long driving trip to see what made it so special. We were not...

We agree with most of the previous reviews except for a "5" rating. The setting is extremely picturesque, the amenities, both natural and man made, are too numerous to describe here. Please read several of the reviews that follow to get the full flavor of Tu Tu Tun since our experience appears to be significantly out of sync with that...
