Back again after dozens of visits. They deserve rave reviews and I keep recommending them because I want them to thrive.
Three generations of our family have enjoyed visits here, it remains one of our favorites.
Facilities here are luxurious and food is excellent.
This was our fifth year here and though 3 nights seems perfect, it also never seems to be enough. So we have booked 4 nights for the same time next year. We cannot say enough about Kyle and his staff, who make this very special...More
This was the fourth visit to Tu Tu Tun Lodge. It was the first visit with our very good friend, Tammy. The relaxed and peaceful feeling has improved each time we have visited. Our rooms were comfortable and peaceful with the porches that look out...More
Our family flew to Oregon from Minnesota and overnighted in various places as we meandered down the coast into California. This "lodge," which is more like a beautiful resort, greatly surpassed any of the other hotels in every aspect. The staff knows you by name....More

the lodge is on the river, not too far from Gold Beach, we were picked up/dropped off by the jet boat company, you do not have to drive. you are picked up at the pier in front of the lodge.
hope this helps.
I agree with the above answer, no places in Gold Beach are nearly as good as Tu Tu Tun. There are a few good places farther north on the coast - I think one in Bandon is called Redfish or something, if they are open that... More
I agree with the above answer, no places in Gold Beach are nearly as good as Tu Tu Tun. There are a few good places farther north on the coast - I think one in Bandon is called Redfish or something, if they are open that time of year. There is also a good waterfront crab shack place I can't remember the name of, the lodge would know. There may be a few places in Port Orford as well, although Bandon and Port Orford are a bit of a drive. We have always liked getting picnic items in Gold Beach and enjoying them right at Tu Tu Tun. The place is so beautiful it's hard to leave! Enjoy your stay!
