55.00 a night. Next to 101, supposed to go through property at 7 miles per hour and work campers fly through there in their carts getting dust all over rig and car.
Garbage bins way down at end of property, only one location.
Not family friendly. Not beach front. WiFi doesn't work and they put restrictions on usage. You can only check your email and bank. Very smelly and most sewer connections on the sites don't work.

I was just there for Memorial Weekend. I don't know who the manager was during your stay but the person in charge was very kind and hospitable. As for dogs I don't know about any kennel. There was a specific area that posted a sign for doggy potty duty and to please use the provided bags if you didn't have one to pick up after your pet. This was near the showers and human restrooms.
