It's an inexpensive hotel in a small Oregon town so of course it's not luxurious. But it was clean, had everything we needed, and had a pretty view of the water (with sea lions swimming right outside!) The front staff was so super nice and they had a little shop in their lobby that was really convenient for us since...

Seems to be a once popular hotel let go. But then, they aren't charging you as if things have been kept up so I guess it's okay. And they do offer a continental breakfast with some hot food, fruits, etc.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback for us. We are currently doing many upgrades and you will see more to come. We have just recently redone 10 rooms with hardwood floors and tile bathrooms, new furniture, ect that will be open early May. There is a new Sauna in the pool house with the indoor pool and...

First off the positive...Pool, hot tub and new sauna are awesome! Good view of river, marina and bridge from room. Pet friendly with a $15 fee per night? Pet dog. Appears they are renovating rooms and front staff was friendly. Negative...Pet friendly room was older and smelled musty but did look clean. Stairway out back not lit up and I...

The accomodation is taken carw of pretty well. In the rooms (we had two) anything works just fine, but, unlike other comparable hotels, they forgot to adapt to the nowadays standards. For example, it's hard to charge the battery of a cellphone. The few sockets are already in use for lamp and clock. And the last socket is only handy...

This was one of our last stops on our vacation. We had such a great time until we got to this "Resort". Just walking to the room after we had arrived was awful. There were Cobwebs in all the doorways and paths to every room. We went in the room that we had reserved and it smelled horrible so we...

We were on a tour with Globus Tours and one of our overnight stops was at Jot's. I think the main reason we stayed here was because our Jet Boat ride on the Rogue River departed at 8:00a.m. the next morning. We were more than satisfied with our time at Jot's and would have no problem staying here again in...

Our reservation was messed up at a different hotel so we stayed here due to no other accommodations available. All rooms have an amazing view of the Rogue river from the balcony, the problem is that all rooms seem to be very outdated and smell a bit old and musky. I hear they have new ownership so I hope then...

Stayed at Jot's twice. It's an older section of the resort but it's clean, the staff friendly, and everything works. Stayed with two large dogs and had no problems. So many places in Gold Beach will not accept dogs, or say they will, but limit their size to ankle biters. I'll stay at Jot's as long as they continue to...

Stayed one night at Jot's Resort which is right next to an inlet offering great fishing opportunities. The place is basic and provides the required necessities for fishermen: a bed, strong + hot shower and a tv. Accommodation in line with pricing. Would recommend for fishermen that want to be close to their fishing location.

Staff was friendly but this was overpriced for a rundown building. The gym was unusable and the pool table was gone although the swimming pool and hot tub were not bad. If you are a fishing person there is a dock and every room has a river front so the view is very nice. The bed pillows were the best...
