The Inn is closed in Winter but they opened for our group, the Rollin Oldies Vintage Trailer Club. It was the groups 10th anniversary This place is not perfect, no air conditioning, phone or cable TV. Dogs are allowed in some areas. The plumbing is a little hinky. It is very clean and the staff were cheerful and helpful It...

Booked this based on TripAdvisor rating and while it was an interesting experience, it was not my cup-of-tea. There are so many antiques and knick knacks, that I felt a bit claustrophobic. I missed that the reason they offer so many dvds to watch is because there is no network tv in the room. The tv didn't work in our...

I will start this by saying I am picky and I found this hotel online, it seemed like a perfect fit for my travel companion. As soon as they seen the website they knew it was the one so we booked it. I could not believe how amazing this place was and it is not what I would normally pick....

I have stayed in a myriad of hotels, motels, houses and inns up and down the Oregon Coast. How I have missed this amazing gem I have no idea! From the first moment of checking in, I was enthralled. The owner took the time to walk me around the hotel, the grounds and to my room, turning on my heaters...

Just loved this place. No a/c, no cable TV, spotty wifi, & the hwy traffic is noisy but still just a great experience. I truly recommend this motel to anyone. We arrived without a reservation and Karen was able to find us a room. When she took me to it, she realized it was not a room with 2 beds....

We have been going to the Historic Anchor Inn for several years from when they first started the renovations to the cottages to the destination it has become today. Each visit has been better than the previous. The beds are comfortable, rooms cozy, and warm, and the service is world class. Don't come expecting cable/satellite TV, big screen monitors, or...

Last year we began planning for a family reunion on the Oregon coast, for June of 2015, as we have done a few times before, and our daughter-in-law, who lives in Portland searched for a place that would accomodate 40 of us. It looked like we would have to get two houses. She came upon the Historic Anchor Inn and...

It was a pleasure to stay at this funky, quirky hotel. It's on the older side, but has been remodeled and decorated with vintage items acquired by the owner over the years from thrift shops, garage sales and Ebay. Rooms are large with a living room area and bedroom in the main building for 2 adults. Very friendly staff and...

This quaint little hotel/motel is almost invisible. Right on Hwy 101-don't miss it. The property is covered with nautical memorabilia besides all rooms being decorated with same. The cabin we had was dog friendly, 1 bedroom. The SMALL bathroom and shower do not meet modern day requirements but were fine for the 2 nights we were there. No Cable TV,...

Historic. It's old by coastal cities standards. If I remember correctly it was built in the 1940s. The two arms of the motel have been remodeled into two room suites. So far I have not found two suites that are adjacent to each other. They all seem to have unoccupied spaces between them. That makes for quieter nights not hearing...
