The room was quaint and very clean, but the walls are thin and we could hear everything going on in the room next to us. Good place for an overnight stay. No closet or dresser for clothes. Nice soft, fluffy towels.

Log cabin style inside and out, good service and great food. Hubby had steak and eggs with hash browns and I had a Mexican style omelette with avocado on top, everything was great. Covered porch out front and cabins to rent, we just enjoyed the restaurant.

I stayed at this place with a friend in the middle of August. The cabin we stayed in was overall basic: it provided enough space for two people with small luggage; there were no nightstands, but there was a table with two chairs, a queen-size bed and a LARGE refrigerator + microwave. The bathroom was roomy enough, but no tub:...

This review could not start without mentioning Dorothy, she is the sweetest woman we have ever met and really went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The room was very cute and we had a wonderful breakfast in the morning at the restaurant. Everything was clean and cozy and was perfect for us as we passed through...

We arrived here after an extremely long day; most other places along the coast from Astoria south had no vacancy. We were pleased there was room available here. We pulled into the parking lot just before 11 and the owner was sitting on the porch next to the office and watching us owlishly. He seemed cantankerous, grumpy and not very...

Located between Nehalem and Manzanita, Oregon, this is an outstanding little restaurant. Breakfast was a delightful experience. A short stack is Oregon berries was amazing. If you want quick, impersonal service and dull food, go to a chain. At the Bunkhouse, the service is genuinely friendly and cheerful and the food is outstanding. There will be a longer waiting time...

This unlikely place really saved us. We had no reservations and the entire region was filling up fast! It was recommended by another staff at a full hotel nearby. When we got there the hostess was so gracious and did not realize how anxious I had been. She had several choices of accommodations and I chose the upstairs unit with...

My friend and I stayed here while on a road trip up the Oregon coast. Hotels are very expensive anywhere near the beach because it is a popular tourist area. The Bunkhouse was reasonably priced, however, and just a few minutes from the Manzanita beach which was beautiful and not nearly as crowded as some of the more popular Coast...

Found this by chance and what a gem! CLEAN room with everything we needed - fridge, micro, coffee maker, tea, etc. TV, Internet, table fan, games and magazines in the room, hand made quolt on the beds - free videos to borrow at front - perfect in every way and all at $61 for our upstairs room (shared bathroom but...

“Had the Southern Comfort room and loved it - it was a shared bath/shower room but we are used to travel in the UK where that is common and this place was super clean and tidy....quiet and VERY cozy - log cabin style touches to the building - very happy about out find!”

“Some of the rooms have shared bathrooms. If you are adventuresome this would be ok if you are old like us probably you want your own. What ever there is probably something for you here. The value is high.”
