We stayed in the Chinook room. It was spacious with great views. The breakfast, and other guests, provided a good hour of good food and conversation. The only draw back was that there is a stream between the lodge and the beach that has to be forded - bring boots or be prepared to go barefoot.

We left Vancouver heading to Gold Beach and stayed at this beautiful B&B. We checked in at 2 and Dee greeted us immediately. Complimentary wine, cookies, brownies, tea, coffee, popcorn 24/7. We stayed in the Chinook room which had a beautiful view of the ocean. Breakfast was served at 8:30 and it was delicious! Note that all rooms are upstairs,...

I’m sorry that you did not like your pillows. I put 4 pillows with a variety of firmness’s on each bed, hoping that everyone will be able to find a favorite. I also have a closet with more pillows to choose from. The value of a B&B over a hotel is the innkeeper. Don’t hesitate to ask if you would...

This is a beautiful B&B, overlooking the beach. My niece and I stayed in the Yaquina Room this time, and it was lovely and immaculate. We had two overstuffed chairs beside the bank of windows, so we could look right down on the gardens below, and the trail that leads to the beach. The weather was gorgeous, so we could...

One of the best B&B's we've ever stayed at. The location can't be beat, and the view is stunning. Beautifully designed building with Native American accents, clean and spacious room with huge picture windows looking out onto tall trees and the Pacific. Dee is a gracious and super-friendly hostess, and her breakfast is delicious. We can't wait to come back...

Probably the best B&B we're experienced on the West Coast. First, the setting is incomparable. Beautiful sweeping views of the ocean, perched above on a beautifully landscaped cliff. There's a path to the beach that's a little steep, but safe and surprisingly easy to use. The inn is small, but the rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed with first class...

This is most probably the best Bed & Breakfast that I have stayed in so far! The whole house is impeccable, everything is extremely clean and nicely decorated. From every room you have beautiful views to the ocean. The beach downstairs through the garden is magical and was completely empty while we were there. We had the great pleasure to...

We've been twice, but just now getting around to reviewing. Very quiet (a big plus for me) and clean (also a big plus). We've stayed in both the Yaquina and the Alsea rooms. The Yaquina is bigger, but both provide wonderful views of the ocean. Just kept the window open all night and listened to the waves. So relaxing. The...

This B&B was built to be one - not retrofitted. As a result the windows provide a view of the ocean which is great - like a piece of art! Great location about 3 miles from city center, and walking distance from a lighthouse park. Comfortable beds, just very easy.

My husband and I desperately needed a weekend away without the kids and the stresses of our jobs. Tyee Lodge was perfect for us! Our room was incredibly clean (important to me) and very cozy, with a fireplace and spectacular view of the ocean. Dee was extremely friendly and helpful. She suggested wonderful places to eat and visit. The breakfast...
