Dana, you were so awesum, everything was perfect! I wouldnt have changed a thing! Breakfast in our room, perfect! Coffee, always available, best ever! Salt water infinity pool, o m g, terrific! Room was perfect, enjoyed meeting people at the pool! Any food or snack was within walking, even for 74 year old! People working there, so sweet, so helpful! They remembered all the special things to make our fam vaca perfect! We even had sun allllllll day! That last sunset was stunning! Watching the waves from our balcony, what could be better? So easy to locate, nicest place around! I do not regret one dime! Memories and friends were made! And, we have a destination we all love for future fun! Thank you all soo much!

Fantastic hotel. They upgraded and gave me a suite with ocean view. Staff is incredibly friendly. The outside area is spectacular with 2 fire pit that overlook the ocean along with hot tub. Very quiet. Slept with sliding glass door open and all I could hear was the waves coming on shore. The only place I will stay when in town!!

The Inn is charming,clean and well kept. Our room was large and luxurious. The view is amazing. We loved the hot tub and fire pits. We felt safe and welcome. We slept well on comfortable beds. We really liked this place and will stay there again.

The staff was lovely at check-in. I initially had issue with a pet-friendly room when I had booked a few weeks before my arrival. The staff quickly called me and fixed the issue. Everyone was lovely and easy to deal with, and even had a little treat bag waiting for my dog when we arrived! The breakfasts that were included were very good. The infinity pool was amazing - sitting in there during sunset was a dream. The access to the beach was wonderful (although a LOT of stairs if accessibility needs are an issue). Cute little reading/lounge area with fire tables to enjoy in the evenings. The rooms were quiet, very little noise was noticed even though we were right next to the front desk. The room was clean and tidy, and had everything I needed for my stay. I will absolutely go back!…

Friendly staff. Upgraded our room at no cost and had complimentary gifts for my children in our room. Their salt water infinity jacuzzi pool was absolutely amazing overlooking the ocean and complimentary cozy robes were perfect to wear down to the jacuzzi pool. 🙂 Definitely will return. we truly enjoyed our stay from ocean view room, easy access to eateries, relaxing massages, infinity pool, fire pits at sunset to easy access to beach for a lovely walk, to ending our stay with breakfast delivered to room in morning. was super relaxing and very peaceful. all the workers were polite, helpful and they really try to make your stay memorable.we will be back again.

The room decor, staff and ocean view were all 5 stars. My wife uses a wheelchair and we requested a room with a roll-in shower and were told they had one. Upon arrival, we found out their 3 ADA rooms all have tubs. My wife is 5'6'' and found the toilet too low and the beds too high for easy transfer. Also, there was not enough room to square the wheelchair to the bed or toilet. Further, the soap, shampoo and conditioner were too high to reach from the fold down chair in the tub. If these are not problems for your situation, again, I would rate them five stars.

One of our most favorite hotels to go to every time we’re in Newport. We got engaged here and so we hold this place very dear to our heart. Some of the best staff who try to help you feel as comfortable as possible. The only downside is the limited vegetarian/vegan options for the complimentary breakfast. Anything they do have that’s vegan isn’t the most appetizing and makes us have to travel somewhere else for breakfast. But other than that one minor thing I have nothing but love!
