When we pulled up to the motel-style inn, I thought we were in for a Bates Motel experience. Smell of marijuana outside the room didn't help (although I realize that is probably normal in Portland). Was I wrong! Single room was spotless and redone, with new furnishings and bathroom. Exceptionally quiet, comfortable and warm. Bed was great, and in-room heater...

Wonderful stay we were there for my Birthday. Lovely Cheryl at front desk upgraded us to a nice suite on 5th floor. Large suite with kitchen and nice living room area. Older hotel but very clean. Great suggestions on where to eat nearby on Burnside. Upon arriving back to hotel after dinner....we were met by a Happy Birthday thank you...

Good place to stay in Portland. Very close to Nob Hill and easy access to the train and bus stations. We stayed at the new wing. The rooms were clean, modern and spacious. The amenties were great and hotel offers fast speed internet. Close by is Fred Meyer, Walgreens and Subway.

Well located downtown. We had a two room suite. Very small bathroom. Clean except carpet could use a shampooing. Small but convenient kitchen. Decent rates. Hard to book on line for some reason....so called their reservations system that handled several properties....my promised reservation conformation never showed up so called the hotel directly to assure it was confirmed. Glad I did...

Hello, thank you for taking the time to share your experience as our guest with us. I'm so sorry to hear about the issues that you encountered throughout your stay. I am curious about your experience with the reservation line as we are an independant hotel and our reservation line comes directly to our hotel. That line is for our...

The location of this hotel really sells it. It is just a few blocks from Washington Park and a 20 minute walk from the edge of the Pearl District (and most importantly, the breweries). Free parking was a big plus. We stayed in the smaller building across the street which had a small recently remodeled room, but plenty of room...

This is certainly an affordable hotel in the middle of the Pearl District of NW Portland. However, with the low cost don't expect many amenities. The room is fairly sparse, the bed is comfortable, but other furnishings are rather sparse and of low quality. It is not a room you want to spend very much time in, but it is...

Hello, thank you for taking the time to share about your experience as our guest. We enjoyed having you and are glad you found the bed comfortable. If you have the chance to pay us a return visit, we do have suites that are much more well appointed available as well. I heard about the situation with the lock and...

Had a wonderful first time visit to Portland with family members. The Park Lane was a great value. Part of family stayed in the main hotel and part in the bldg across the street. The lobby was a warm welcome with coffee and cookies and fruit upon arrival. The rooms are clean but a bit worn. The neighborhood was a...

... for my stay and found one here. MAX in from the airport, a few blocks walk to hotel -- easy. Great front desk service. Sturdy, clean room. 1 block from buses and trains to access to all of Portland. The hotel has two buildings across the street from each other. My hope was to have a room very close...

Second time I've stayed in this facility, both of which were good but this last stay for one week was excellent. Room selection makes a difference. This hotel is located near downtown but just enough off the street to feel suburban/parklike (as in Washington Park, which it is near). There is a multi-story facility, and across the street a single...

I've been in Motel 6s nicer than this. But you would think for the money being charged you would be getting something more upscale. I could feel every spring on the mattress. The bathroom obviously wasn't cleaned very well, someone's little black hairs were all over the bathroom floor. I'd keep looking if I were you.
