Great valet staff
Check in gal Margaret steered us in the right direction for dinner
Room was typical
Bathroom/shower was awesome
Disappointed to real food places
Fabulous location to see downtown and oceanfront
This is a great property in downtown Portland. Staff was very friendly and helpful. On site restaurant was very nice and the prices were reasonable. I would stay here again if coming to downtown Portland.

Thank you for writing about us on Tripadvisor. We hope the next time you are in Portland you will stay with us again.
Had a great 6 night stay. Love the refreshed rooms. Beds/shower were great. Food was very good. Room was always clean. Kudos to Sarah, Fana, and Magdalena, who added great value to our visit. Thank you
I stayed here for 5 days for a conference. The hotel is very close to the convention center and the MAX train. Easy access from the airport by train, short walking distance. Hotel staff was extremely helpful and I very much enjoyed my stay. My...More

You can walk to Lloyd shopping center, it's a huge mall worth a look.At the hotel they have a shuttle van and will take you across the bridge, we had them drop us off at the train station. From there we walked a couple of blocks and hopped on the pink bus.I recommend this tour (about 33.00 ) it takes you up to the rose gardens, zoo, pearl district, and you can hop on and off anytime. I recommend the two day pass, few dollars more, take the trip and then plan accordingly for the next day. You also have transportation all around. Ask at the front desk and they will point you in the right direction.
