very good accomodations that exemplify marriott. very convenient to pdx. typical breakfast fare: cereal, scrambled eggs, sausage etc. although we had no problem the parking seemed to be tight and confined

The rooms are studio "style" suites so don't expect an actual suite. There is a small half wall dividing the room and one tv in the middle so there really isn't two "separate" areas for families or for more than one guest. The tv is difficult to see from either side of the room. I was disappointed and feel I...

Had a reservation confirmed. When my flight was delayed, I called the hotel at 7 pm to notify the desk manager that I would be getting in late around 1 am and not the planned 11 pm time but that I was definitely staying. She said fine and would make a note. Flight arrived at 2 am. No hotel shuttle...

Enjoyed our stay at Springhill... The bed was comfortable and the room was clean if not overwhelming in decor. Liked the fact that the shower head was above 6'6" so that it was comfortable to shower. The elevator seemed slow and the breakfast area was very crowded but offered more than the usual fare. We would probably stay again.

I started staying at the Residence Inn by the airport over a year ago. Previously I stayed her at the Springfield Suites. After the remodel, it was kind of funky with the 60's colors and look. But it doesn't appear that it has been kept up. Totally different staff that I remembered and not nearly as friendly (but not rude)...

Sorry to here that you did not get on a higher floor when you checked in. We try to do your best to accommodate as many people as possible but sometimes requests are over looked or just not able to be met. The hotel décor was picked my Marriott and has had mixed reviews over the years.

Definitely not worthy of the Marriott brand name. Don't let the stock photos deceive you, this place has nothing chic or urban about it, although they try hard with the lobby and other aspects to make you feel that way. I am a Marriott elite member, and they shoved me in the middle floor of the hotel (3) next to...

We really enjoyed our stay at the Springhill Suites. We are a family of 5 and at most hotels the rooms only accommodate 4 comfortably. At this hotel that wasn't the case. There were two good sizes beds plus a couch that pulled out into a bed. The room was comfortable and a good size. We slept well and didn't...

The Springhill suites provides a shuttle to and from the airport. It has a beautiful, bright lobby and friendly staff. I checked in to a huge surprise: 1 king suite with a kitchen, lovely modern couch, desk and roomy bathroom and vanity. Forget the 4 walls and a bed-- this place is very modern and spacious (at least the 1...

Title kind of says it all actually. We liked this hotel, our only issue was one elevator for five floors, plus the fact that housekeeping use it to take carts up and down. On a lower floor it might not matter, we were on the fifth floor and it became a bit tedious waiting for the elevator.
