We stayed in a 2 Bedroom Chalet. We did this through World Market. The staff at World Mark were fabulous. The Chalet was nice and big and clean. They are very close to each other and not a lot of privacy. The only ones that have a view are on the golf course. We did not have that. They need...

It appears that you stayed in a Worldmark time share unit and not in The Lodge at Eagle Crest or a Vacation Rental home available through the Resort. Suggest you re-post this review on the Worldmark trip advisor site.

The room was acceptable, however the buildings looked more like a motel. The food was horrible. The quality of the breakfast was the worst and any normal 2 star hotel has better breakfast. The pools and hottub were dirty and need upgrades desperately (they call it a spa and this is nothing like a spa). We could hear everything in...

My friend and I have been coming to Eagle Crest for the last four years around Memorial Day to play golf at the resort. We play around 150 holes of golf in a 5 days on all three courses. We love the Chalets that we have stayed in the last three years. The facilities are fantastic and we love the...

Excellence conference location. Quiet rooms to retreat to. Catering and facilities staff were AMAZING. Anticipated our every need and went above and beyond. The only issue I had was that my reservation was lost. Staff promptly fixed this and I ended up in a wonderful room.

I stayed here for 3 days for a conference. My husband tagged along, too. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a nice private patio overlooking one of the 3 golf courses. My only (very minor) complaint is that our room was very close to the lobby and cafe, so it was a bit noisy at times and the...

I question the billing. I had a reservation through my company, had to give my own credit card when I arrived, and had my own card charged instead of the company payment that was given previously with the reservation. Incidentals?!? $185.60??? NO! I leave minimum mess and a cash tip for housekeeping for leaving me alone.

“Dog friendly ''suites'' are well priced in the winter, and our Lab has never been able to come to the resort, as the condos do not allow dogs. The (Lodge) suite was very nice too, kitchenette, king bed, smaller living room, but roomy in general. We all 3 loved it! Sliding door to the outside porch and golf course.. great views!”
