The room was dirty, It was the worst place we ever stayed. The room was too hot and couldnt stay cool. The bedding was suspect - used our own. Flies (small gnats) were in the room constantly and the shower was dirty and bathroom needed a paint job.

Small 50's era motel that is about a mile off I-5 in town and convenient to all food, etc. Very well cared for place -- non-smoking room very clean, new soft towels, quiet, good wifi, fridge/microwave, comfy bed. Owners incredibly nice and helpful ... and at a price you can't pass up. Don't let the low price fool you -- this is a great motel stop for car travelers on the I-5 corridor!

This place is by far the worst possible place to stay! Starting with check in. They act like they are doing you a huge favor. No politeness necessary. The room is shabby and there was no toilet paper in bathroom. Free wi fi is a joke. Its password protected and the password they give you doesn't work. No one comes to clean or re supply the room. Worse than all of that, the room was infested with bedbugs! My husband was eaten alive. When we complained and wanted a refund, they said no bedbugs. No refund! We put a cup with bed bugs on counter. Still denials. We should them our blood on sheets. More denial. Then the whole mess of bedbugs on box spring. Had to fight for refund. Don't do it!

Reception left in me feeling, that I am more likely at someones home. Room was ok. What really amused us was, that they had plastic covers on lamps near the bed, even with sign-take this cover off, before using :-D Bathroom little bit too small, but ok.

I must preface my review of this hotel with the fact that previously I was staying at a very low-end budget hotel in town where I was pretty sure they rented the rooms by the hour (my boss had booked it over the phone for a week-long business trip and we could not get a refund). That said, when the week was over I moved directly to the Roseburg Inn. There I found the room to be very clean, the staff friendly, and the bed wonderfully comfortable. To be honest, it may just have been such a contrast from where I had been staying that made it so wonderful, but I would still be willing to stay there again, and would recommend it as a budget hotel.
