It is what u expect on a road side stopover. A bed and a shower. .... breakfast is coffee with dry creamer and American style pastries! A little sketchy area but we were just stopping over and the price was right.

The service was good when we checked in and out. The hotel wasn't fancy, but it was nice and quite. The bed was comfortable and the room was relaxing. It is close to downtown but I don't recommend walking around down there at night, little sketchy! Says free breakfast, but it is very limited.

I was not sure that the inn was in a bad part of town but I did see people with backpacks sitting on the stairs and someone sleeping in their car. Although, the room was comfy and Amrik was kind and concerned about how safety. I also smelled curry in the office and laundry hanging in the back. Overall, the...

This is a great motel. Amrik is a very friendly host who welcomes with open arms. He genuinely cares about his customers, his establishment, and his business. The rooms are everything you could want from a motel. It's not like you're living here, people, come on, stop complaining! It's got beds, electricity, high-speed WiFi, and running water. Plus, the high...

Upon entering office you think it is a regular hotel. But on the way to your room, many rooms you can smell cooking, and see laundry outside the rooms drying. Many people sitting around on the stairs. Many with backpacks. This is a weekly hotel for farmworkers, homeless in need of a shower etc. Our room was clean, but not...

We really should have looked at the room before booking it. The room was so small that all the furniture did not fit into the space. The table for the TV was in the walk way to the bathroom so you had to squeeze in and out of the walk way to get to the bathroom. We had to move...

Firstly perhaps this hotel is a little unlucky in its location. It is in the centre of town and Roseburg itself is a little run down. The owner is is friendly and very approachable no problems there. Rooms are ok and I would say average for the price and typical of US motels that are just off the interstate. The...

We were traveling as a family of five and needed two rooms for two nights so we wanted to stay somewhere that was decently priced. The hotel was in a very bad section of town but never having been there, we went off of the hotel website. Well pictures and descriptions are incredibly deceiving. The gentleman that owns the hotel...

Stayed the night of 5/3, left morning of 5/4. Both desk clerks were helpful and friendly. The door to the first room would not open, had to go back to front desk and was given another room, that door opened up right away. The room was a non smoking room but smelled of cigarette smoke when we opened the door....

It's ok for a quick night stay. The fellow in the office was very nice. In fact, he went out of his way to mail to me my phone and iPad chargers that I had left in the room. The continental breakfast was the skimpiest I've ever seen but could be better than nothing. We ate at the Denny's on...
