Ok, it's not the Waldorf Astoria, but it was perfect for our fishing week on the Columbia. The kitchen had the basics, stove, fridge, etc. but bring your own cooking & eating utensils as none are provided. Beds are comfy and maid service is provided daily if you want. Lisa, the manager is the crown jewel of the place though....

Very friendly service, and I suspect that had we stayed longer some of the items would be fixed. A lamp had a bad switch. The main door barely latched, had big gaps, and would be very easy to jimmy open. The TV appeared to have standard-def satellite video into a flat screen TV, which made for a fuzzy picture. Small...

We came across the Tyee Motel by accident. It was late. I was tired. But I will be sure to stop there if I am ever traveling through this part of Oregon again. The motel itself was clean. The beds were comfortable. The rooms (at least the one I stayed in) have kitchenettes. But the real reason I would go...

We have stayed at the Tyee every summer for the past 16 years. New owner has made several very nice improvements. Current manager, Lisa, is wonderful - she welcomed us like we were family! Very comfortable beds, air conditioning, satellite TV, free wifi, ample parking, kitchenettes, restaurant/bar nearby, perfect for the 2 months we stay every year!

I was very disappointed I work in motels and hotels and never seen one like this. The room had cob webs everywhere my son almost went into a pile of cob webs that also had a daddy long leg in it. As soon as we entered the room the light was out. And the TV was messed up. Only thing...

The manager was friendly, and the bed was really comfortable. It was across the street from a great bar and restaurant. There wasn't an ice machine or any other amenities. But the bed was really comfortable. The cable was better than most hotels I've stayed in.
