The inn is gorgeous and very well appointed and restored. It was very quiet and relaxing, but would have loved a larger bed. The breakfast was good, but more of a continental breakfast with homemade granola and eggs. The only real drawback to it is the huge condos right around it, but you cannot fault them for it.

The room was BEAUTIFUL, it felt like staying at grandma's house with an ocean breeze. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was fresh, friendly staff, and very helpful. WE LOVED EVERYTHING

Our room was lovely and breakfast was adequate. Bikes would be a nice addition along with beach chairs. We were traveling from far away so did not have these items. We had a nice dinner at the restaurant recommended by Inn.

We found this quaint and we'll maintained bed and breakfast during a trip to the Oregon coast.Because we were celebrating my husband's birthday, we were upgraded to a lovely turret room. The room was very comfortable and nicely appointed, straight out of a Jane Austin novel. Breakfast was very tasty with many items from which to choose. Everything, beach boardwalk and the...

The appointments were true to the 1860's with the modern additions that made us feel right at home. A block from the beach and within walking distance of the best of Seaside. Everything was immaculate and the service was warm and welcoming. A wonderful time!

Charming home! Sunroom is so peaceful. The amenities are something you see in a 5 star hotel!!! Rooms are small but beautifully decorated. Our only negatives... this B & B is on a busy noisy corner, and the toilets are so low, you are practically sitting on the floor! Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is more of a continental...

This is our first time here, the prices in Cannon Beach for Memorial Day Weekend were a little high, so we ventured out and found this place. We are happy with our decision, it is clean, comfortable, and friendly too. Our breakfast this morning was continental, I appreciated the fresh Strawberries, homemade Granola, two kinds, yogurt, OJ and Coffee. They...

We stayed in the Turret room. Very cozy. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of space for our stuff. The bathroom was clean everything was in good working condition. Breakfast was fine - it included toast, granola, yogurt, milk, juice, coffee and tea, scones, and an egg bake/quiche. The building was charming and the garden outside was beautiful. The...

The Gilbert Inn has old fashioned charm. I visited with my wife, and stayed one night in Room 9, a standard queen room. It was clean, well presented, and with a comfortable queen bed. There were coffee making, water, sweets, biscuits, and toiletries in the room. The bathroom has a full bath with shower over. Overall a charming spot to...

The ownership has changed over the years. It is now owned/managed by a "group" that owns several in the area. So no more breakfast, just bed. However the charm, cleanliness is still there. And the location is great, except for the humongous gross timeshare that ws built to the north. The city zoning should not have allowed such a monstrosity...
