After checking in I realized I made in error during booking online. I thought I booked split queen room but accidentally booked the deluxe queen room. The very nice gentleman at the front desk fixed my error and was able to get us in the split queen room. We stay in that room every year. It’s perfect for my mother and I. See you next year!

After a problem occurred with a reservation at a hotel a few doors down, the desk clerk Teather booked us a great room for two nights on the spot, the location is perfect, parking was free and simple, we'd definitely stay again.

Our family stays here every time we come to Seaside. The staff is friendly and provides great service, clean rooms, pet friendly, heated pool, hot tub and sauna. And on the beach. There’s not much else to ask for.

We just returned from a few nights stay in an ocean front room with a patio that had direct access to promenade from the sliding glass door. The room was very nice, king bed was very comfy, also had a full size pull out sofa. The room had good sized mini fridge, small microwave and large 50-55" smart TV. One of the surprises was that it had a good sized tower fan as well. Although it was cold outside, I like to have a fan for sleeping and it was a great touch to have one in the room. The Inn is very clean, from the rooms to the common areas, the outside was in good repair and is well maintained compared to many other beach side establishments. It just seemed really nice and cozy there, only three floors and 54 rooms, so it is easy to get around and parking was available just outside our room. They even have a very nice sized indoor pool (with 7' deep end) and large hot tub. Both are well maintained and very clean. They also serve a light breakfast with Bagels, toast, muffins, coffee etc. Location is great - Short walk to most of what Seaside has to offer. The staff is also wonderful, they are helpful and go the extra step to make your stay memorable.…

We have stayed here several times and Teather & Barbara were very very professional and extremely helpful. Great customer service they are the best. Would highly recommend to stay at the seashore . It's very clean also.

Loved my stay here. The place was squeaky clean. I stayed in 402 which says it's a non view room but when I opened the window in the morning there was the ocean! I breakfast was pretty good too. The indoor eating area is super cute and clean. They also have an outdoor space to eat but it was a bit too cold. I would definitely stay agian :]

Annie and Sami really welcome you. The movie room is perfect so you don’t have to deal with cable channels. Perfect location and view. Close to eateries and shopping so no need to hustle for parking spots. Worlds Best Continental Cocoa. I love being able to open a window and take in the fresh air and sounds of the Sea.

The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were super fluffy. The room was simple, but nice, and stocked with everything needed. The staff was super friendly, and our host was very quick to respond, and super kind. She even came out and dried some chairs for us outside so we could watch the sunset. The pool, Spa, and Sauna were exceptional. We look forward to coming back again soon.

Good night sleep. Great view. Played a lot of rummy. Close to all of Broadway. Clean. Nicely appointed. Did not matter that it was rainy and windy. Did not use the pool/spa but it looked good. A really good 27 hours.

The staff was very friendly and wanted to do everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. So appreciated the full kitchen due to dietary restrictions that allowed us to prepare our own food. Loved being in walking distance to food and entertainment.
