This place was closing right after we stayed there so that could explain a bit, but it was just OK. Tried really hard to be top notch but fell short. Breakfast was good but again was a little beyond the owner, room was nice but...More

As far as I know it is, although some of the rooms might not be. Call and ask for Sharon or Glenn to make certain. Either way The Cliff House is an unforgettably beautiful, uplifting B&B with pleasing service, very good food, and heartwarming hospitality. I'm certain you'll be very satisfied!
I am not sure but I'd say NO. The guest rooms are pristine clean. The owners have 2 dogs of their own that are kept behind a doggy/ baby gate in their quarters. Their dogs are not allowed in the area where guests are.
