This RV park has a great location. Good shopping, and great restaurants within walking distance. Park brochure offered service-over-the-phone when we needed help with an electrical problem. Exceptionally clean restrooms and showers. A great alternative to Brookhollow!

We spent 2 nights here to maximize our shopping time at the outlet mall and surrounding area. The park serves the needs of a spot to sleep but that's about all. I5 is so close u hear it most of the night and the spot we had was wide open to the restaurant parking lot with no fence for privacy...

We have stayed at this RV Park many times over the years. It has a great location (about 20 minutes from Portland), its own entrance to the outlet mall, a Starbucks and Panera Bread within walking distance. The bathroom and showers are probably the cleanest I have found while camping. I usually shower in the RV but definitely use the...

Very friendly and helpful staff. We stopped overnight and the space was fine. There are some larger spaces if you planned a longer stay. Close to a mall and places to eat. Quiet area far enough from the freeway for the noise but close enough to be easy to get on the next morning. Starbucks was easy to walk to....

the cleanest showers and bathrooms during our vacation. The sites are clean. Very friendly. Next to a big mall with lots of shopping opportunities and many restaurants in walking distance. Separate entrance to the mall.

This location has a beautiful pool, well taken care of property and is attached to the Outlet Mall with a short cut back gate. We have been here several times and have loved it every time. Request a spot on the back row for extra shade. We always seem to be able to pull in without reservations.

Very clean, quiet, easy access. WI-FI is minimal, not a strong signal, and not full WI-FI. Literally next door to a huge shopping center, restaurants all over, and great for walking. This is a very nice place to stay. Also has a pool.

We stayed 1 night passing through the area. The park is a very short drive from I-5 (Exit 271: Newburg HWY 219/214) along busy paved roads that change from 4 lanes to 2 lanes. The sites are mostly P/T’s with some back-ins along the outer edges. A lot appear to be extended stay sites. The interior roads and sites are...

This is a great first day stopover coming from Southern Oregon headed to Washington. Very easy of and on the freeway and convenient to factory stores and fast food if that is your thing. Staff very helpful and facilities very clean.

We stayed the summer here last year and had a good experience. It is close to I5, shopping and restaurants. After arriving this year, we found that the cost has increased and there seems to be more permanent residences now. Some construction in the area so it's pretty noisy. Think we will check out other parks in the area for...
