The Adobe Resort is an independently owned full service resort located right on the edge of the Pacific Ocean, just one mile north of the small coastal town of Yachats. Nearly all of the 110 rooms on our property feature a spectacular ocean view, electric fireplace, mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. We have an indoor fitness center comprised of a lap pool, whirlpool, hot tub, sauna and fully equipped exercise facility. Our on premise restaurant and lounge offers dining on the ocean's edge with a variety of coastal and American cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are many activities available in the surrounding areas including whale watching, charter boats, sand dune rides and hiking trails. Whether it be a family vacation, a romantic getaway or just a chance to relax and be up close and personal with the Pacific Ocean...the Adobe Resort is the place to be.

Room with ocean view thats spectacular...would be nicer to have full window to view from beds with no comfortable sitting area. First time we entered room it was so hot we turned off thermostat and opened windows until we left for dinner. Came back about 2 hours later and room

This is an older hotel , but it has the most amazing view of the waves crashing against the rocks right outside your room. The room had a nice little deck with adirondike chairs so you could sit and take in the view. The sunset was amazing. Very quiet and clean. There is a trail

Our stay was comfortable and we had stunning views of the ocean from the ground floor ocean view rooms. The hotel itself is dated in both decor and menu. However the staff were friendly and accommodating and it was a fine place to stay over while touring the coast. The dinner

The Adobe Inn is a bit old but comfortable. Three couples visited and we had a suite with a kitchen, making meals easy. We went out to the restaurant one evening and enjoyed a good meal and fine ocean view. One can walk along the bluffs leading eventually to a broad, long beach

As I recall first floor rooms have small patios but second floor rooms do not have balconies.

Hi Sharon, Taking baked potatoes off of the menu was just one of the recent changes that have been made. The management has taken away many of the amenities which people returned for. Now it's the same as every other restaurant on the coast.

Well first of all we loved Yachats. stayed at the Adobe ocean front room for 4 days. There is a trail that you can walk from the back of the resort that takes you to town. Even though the town is small it does offer lovely places to eat and to meet locals. Stop at the Drift Inn either for breakfast or evening meal really cool place & prices! Another lovely breakfast place is on a little side street called bread & roses a most do. We drove to the down since it was really cold and on our way to The cape. Enjoy.

Our daughter, who was a school principal, did book those cabins for end-of-school-year events. They are, indeed, part of the Adobe complex.
