I needed a place to call home for 3 nights. This motel was perfect. The owner made me feel like an old friend that he was happy to see. The room was clean and comfortable. The fridge and microwave worked perfectly. The shower was great and the bed warm and comfy.

If you're looking for an all-inclusive destination experiece - read on, this isn't that. If you're looking for a chain hotel priced brand - read on, this isn't that. I've been staying at the Night Lodge for more than three decades, it's the same now as it was then: clean, no frills, centrally located, INEXPENSIVE. The new owners are keeping this tradition going and Prashant the new manager is super friendly. Come to the Poconos to do what you need to do, knowing you have a home-away-from home that you can afford right in the middle of where you need to be. Park right in front of your door, put your leftovers in your mini-fridge and heat them up with your microwave.

The great service at the inn makes it worth the stay! It's a decent place for the price. The hotel rooms aren't the greatest, but the customer service makes it worth the stay! The front desk manager was very accommodating and nice! All in all, it was a good experience!

I drove from S. Carolina to say goodbye to my best friend. He was dying from cancer due to agent orange exposure in Vietnam. My credit card was blocked. It had been hacked. It took a couple of hours to clear it up. Anil told me to just go on to my room and rest until it got straightened out. He was more concerned about my stress. He consoled me, told me to thank my friend for his service and thanked me for my service. When I checked out, he reached across the counter and offered his hand for me to shake, offered sincere condolences again and told me to please drive home safely. I have stayed there many time since the early 80's and Anil ensured that I will stay there again. I look forward to returning next summer and seeing my good friend Anil.

Stayed two nights on a weekend trip. Easy to find, not far from local dining and shopping. Room was basic (double beds, dresser, mini fridge, microwave, no iron/board) and while shower toiletries are not provided, who goes anywhere without taking their own stuff anymore? CVS is right down the road for anything forgotten. The gentleman at the desk was kind and friendly, the room was clean and I would definitely stay again!

So we were in the Poconos for one night, to see the Indy 500 race on Sunday. Honestly, I’m so disappointed I paid SO much through TripAdvisor for this hole. The first room we were given, smelled like weed and the TV had one channel. The second room we were given, was definitely not cleaned. The carpets are strained and dirty, there were bb gun shots in the wall. The wallpaper was peeling off. The toilet paper is obviously not changed. The towels we were given had what looked like lipstick stains. The stairs to the room smelled like pee. It seemed like most of the people who stay there, live there... When I initially returned to the front desk to ask to change my room, it took the owner about 5-10 min of me yelling “excuse me” and knocking on the door so he can get out of his back office and assist me. Like he wad hiding, and let me tell you, I’m a loud little lady, so I know he heard my New York Attitude in the “EXCUUUUUUSE ME” I kept yelling. Not to mention, right next to BOTH of the rooms we were placed in, there was bee hives which the busy bees were still making. I’m not sure what pool they were referring to, as the only “pool” we found was the creek in the woods behind the hotel. The “continental breakfast” was just a couple of individually wrapped snacks you can buy from a gas station for about a dollar and some juice. Honestly, I feel SO ripped off. This was definitely not worth $135 for the room and $147 after tax. Long story short, if you plan on staying there, just show up, at least you will end up paying probably around 1/2 of what I was charged to stay in that hole.

Went up to Camel back to ski Presidents weekend live 2 hours way decided to stay over with NO hotels available saw this Knights inn driving by stopped in a was told 1 room left, so I jumped on it 140 $$$$ WOW but didn't want to drive home, it's a typical road side motel , cheap looking, great location to the mountain and shopping at the outlets so we stayed. The room was clean and did smell good rm 121 2 double beds and yes they were comfortable , but old furniture and burn holes in blankets but clean, the bathroom was clean but one of the worst I have seen with broken tiles ugh, but we only got there checked in went skiing and got back late slept got up went to breakfast at FRIENDLY'S right up the road on the way back to mountain and had a coupon from a local book, buy one breakfast get one so that was a bonus and good eats !! would stay here again if the price was right just to sleep it's fine.

From the moment I called to the time of checkout the service was very courteous & friendly. Rooms are nice & clean 😊 close to East Stroudsburg & Poconos and very affordable. It will be my new choice when I attend the Lantern fest every year.. just make sure you tip the cleaning people “directly” - they deserve it!

Wyndham should be ashamed to have these people running one of their properties, 3/6/2018 I booked a room at this Knights Inn using my Wyndham app on my phone reserved with my credit card ($59) x 7 days. Received the confirmation number and headed out from New Jersey. Upon arrival I noticed that the place is a total dump (I stay in hotels 320 days per year) but for the price I was willing to endure. When I entered the office there were two men at the counter smiling and ready to receive me, I handed them my ID, my Wyndham Diamond loyalty card and my credit card that I reserved with. After a half second of pretending to fumble with his computer they state that they have had computer problems and there is no record of my reservation, I smiled and thought to myself well Wyndham has a record of it but ok just give me a room and lets move on. LOL here's where it gets more disgusting than the actual look/smell of the place, he kindly tells me the room is now $129 per night and that I could take it or leave it because they were expecting a big snowstorm. My first thought was to call Wyndham and try to make them honor my original booking but after seeing the place I wanted out. I can not in good conscience tell anyone that this is an ok place to stay because it is a dump. I got back to my vehicle and called my Wyndham Diamond concierge number and explained what had happened. They were very apologetic and stated that they would definitely investigate these unscrupulous practices and pointed me to their other property down the street which I was thankful to find and I might also add did not try to price gouge due to the impending storm even with no reservations. I've also noticed in the reviews that I was not the only one this has happened to. I guess the funniest thing is when I called wyndham again to ensure that my reservation was actually cancelled so that those Knights Inn creeps didn't get to charge me for a no show, the Wyndham customer service informed me that yes it was cancelled by the Knights Inn... I suppose their computer system came back up lol
