My lady and I recently lodged for a weekend at the Queen, in Bellefonte, PA. The house was simply gorgeous! Great attention to detail, authentic period furnishings, clean accommodations, and a wonderful ambience were present. The breakfasts supplied were delicious. The hostess was very friendly and inviting...she even asked us to attend an evening gathering that she was hosting. This...

This was our second stay at The Queen. Stayed in Anne's room first time, then the Governor's this time. In both cases we were more than impressed! Its like taking a step back in time.. rooms are so well decorated and is so warm and cozy. The owner and service people are great! The Queen defines what a B&B should...

If you're in Bellefont, The Queen is the place to stay! Proprietors Nancy and Curt were warm and welcoming and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. My room had a gas fireplace and victorian bathtub right in the room itself, and a chaise lounge near the fire where I relaxed with a book. The bed was...

My fiance and I stayed at The Queen for Bellefonte's Victorian Christmas celebration and we cannot wait to come back! Nancy and Melissa are so warm and welcoming and hospitable. They made us feel like family from the moment we walked in the door. We stayed in Anne's room which was so amazing and stocked with every amenity you could...

Rarely do you stay at a place and it's better then you expect. My wife did some research on a place to stay near PSU since we have not been please with the hotel chain options. The Queen is 17 minutes from campus and we stayed in the governor suite. Amazingly clean and quaint. Nancy the owner is so warm...

We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Melissa spent a lot of time with us answering any questions that we had about points of interest and places to dine. Anne's room had all of the modern amenities that you would want while perfectly recreating the ambiance of the Victorian Era.The stocked mini refrigerator, the kuerig coffee maker with...

Stayed here for the weekend with my daughter, I could not be more pleased, excellent service, breakfast was scrumptious. The building reminiscent of the Victorian times, was very nicely decorated for Halloween as well. I left a long sleeve polo by mistake, they found it call me, and will mail it to me. I definitely recommend the place in historic...

This victorian queen is loaded with antiques and interesting things to look at. Everywhere a view! Room was comfortable, all of it a step back in time, super decorative. While not my personal style, it was fun to borrow that life for a night. Would have liked to stay longer. Melissa was super helpful, made us a lovely breakfast.

After moving my twin daughters into main campus, we traveled a short distance up to The Queen not knowing what to expect. Well, what a pleasant surprise! We were personally greeted by Nancy and escorted up to our private room on the 3rd floor. The next morning, we had coffee/tea on the lovely porch followed by a NY Times quiche...

Comfortable, friendly, beautiful accommodations. Many small touches and a great breakfast. I stayed one night. The proprietor gave me a tour, even took me back from the conference I was attending. I would certainly stay there on any return to the area.
