We pulled in (the first time) and was happy to find it met our IHG expectations for modern and clean. However, there is a train track right next to tje hotel and it concerned us. So we decided to go check out the BW+ down the street. It looked so bad from the outside, we didn't even go inside. We turned around and went back to Holiday Inn Express where we were greeted by Alexis and Sam (for a second time) who were both super friendly and helpful in guiding us to local dinner options. Everyone got a chuckle out of our quick return! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the fridge in the room made a weird noise all night (we should have unplugged)... and the chair/ottoman could really stand to be replaced.... too many stains (but our luggage covered them up). I'm sure we'll stay here again. The neighboring roads are great for motorcycle riders.

Hotel's Favourite
Very conveniently located in Bradford to downtown shopping. You could even walk if you chose to. Very clean, great parking, and nice staff knowledgeable staff. The only thing I was disappointed with was the breakfast. It wasn’t very fresh and not well supplied or refilled. I’d definitely stay there again.

We stayed this past weekend. Clean room, great bathroom amenities, (Dove brand,) easy location. Our shower pressure wasn't great, like a shower with a water hose. The bed just a little hard, we moved the chair and it needed vacuumed under it...but I still give 5 stars! We had a great night sleep and a perfectly suitable room . Very affordable hotel. The breakfast attendant was busy and had a hard time keeping up with utensils and wiping tables off. However, the front desk staff and breakfast attendant were super friendly and customer service is a must in hospitality service.

This was the worst HIE we have ever stayed at. We always stay at this chain of hotels because it is always great and we all love the breakfast that is included. We were on our way to our vacation and had pre-booked through the app as we usually do (paid with points + cash). It was very late. Our young son was very grumpy after being in the car so late. The person at the desk was quite pleasant as we have always experienced with this chain. We made it up to our room and we were greeted by the most unpleasant odour. It smelled like someone had been smoking something in there. Our son had already crashed as he was so tired and cranky so we didn't bother to change the room (beds were comfortable as always). The next morning it was noticed in the shower that there was a dirty, dried, crusty cloth left in there. On the way down to breakfast we tried to put some ice in our cooler for the trip and the ice machine wasn't working either. At breakfast there was an issue with the pancake machine (but to be fair this always seems to be an issue no matter which location we visit). When checking out after breakfast the clerk at the desk gave us the paperwork and it showed an outstanding amount of $40+. When asked about this he said "I don't think they charge that anyway." At that point I did mention all of the things about our visit that we didn't like and he just had a "meh" attitude. He said he would let the manager know and that the manager may give us some points to compensate us. There has been no contact from the hotel whatsoever. Very upset and disappointed with this stay and would neither return here nor recommend this location.

II had a terrible experience at a Holiday Inn and with their IHG Hotel and Resorts. The desk clerk mistakenly changed my business address to my home address, despite my clear instructions. This caused me to lose all my points and be locked out of their system. As a result, I have discarded all my cards and informed my employees not to stay at any branded hotel.
While the room was beautiful, I encountered several issues. The closet door kept swinging open, the coffee maker didn't work, and the noise from traffic and the nearby railroad was disruptive. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again or have anything to do with their IHG Hotel and Resorts.I had a terrible experience at a Holiday Inn and with their IHG Hotel and Resorts.

We arrived unfortunately on a team sports week end. We checked the website and it was the advertised price of under $100 but when we called it went to $300! We are IHG members, though that means nothing. The team needs to be charged this not loyal members.
Michael and Elizabeth were wonderful but we couldn’t even get to the desk it was so crowded and forget breakfast!

Visited for the wake of a friend. It was a busy weekend in Bradford; installation of a new President at the local college, soccer tournaments and The Pumpkin Festival. We were fortunate to get one of the few remaining rooms and unfortunate to be at the mercy of terrible pricing procedures. A room that was normally $100 now went for $270! I fully understand supply/demand but thought this was terribly opportunistic. Room was sub par to average. Staff was great.

Spent 1 night in september. Have only stayed at holiday inns a couple of times and this was in line with them.
I wanted to know the breakfast (which can vary with the virus) - eggs, bacon, and other typically stuff, no yogurt
Room 208 was closer to train tracks outside and highway and had some noise at night. I felt that a room on other side of hall way would be less noise.

The Suite rooms were spacious and were equipped with mini fridge and microwave oven.
The front desk was accommodating and had good breakfast served with good number of sitting for large groups.The fitness center was small but had all key equipments for workout.
However even if the reservation was for 2 days there was no towel, garbage can change and it was only provided upon multiple requests.
The surrounding area is having factories and lumberyards & was very silent and not well lit.

This is a great hotel, very clean. Breakfast was great. Beds were soft and comfy. I loved they had Dove products (soap, shampoo, body wash) in the bathroom. Felt very homey. The cinnamon rolls at breakfast were a hit with the kids. We picked this place to spend the night before heading to Niagara Falls. It was a perfect stay.
