First time there and we loved this place. Don't go if you are looking for all the bells and whistles; it is a step back in time, a place to slow down and relax; a real Victoria Inn that was wonderful on all counts. No TV's in the rooms only in the spacious lobby along with puzzles and games, no...

The Inn and grounds are beautiful. We were just there for lunch and did not stay at the Inn. The staff is wonderful. Our waitress told us she had been there for over 20 years and she also said most of the staff were long timers also. An experienced staff makes a huge difference on the level of service. Nice...

This hotel is beautiful! I've taken to family trips here first for the "Murder Mystery Dinner" & second on the "Mother Daughter Fashion Show Trip" We loved every second at this Inn. Workers are friendly and the atmosphere is breathtaking! Warning: this hotel does not have TVs, etc. it's charm is that it's old fashion. Enjoy the time together with...

We stayed for 1 night, a wedding reception the next day. You'll need to appreciate old things, I do, so I think it's a unique and interesting experience. No TV except in the lobby -- I loved that. BEAUTIFUL setting, wonderful breakfast and brunch. Well located to a number of other places. Worth the price.

Lots of antiques and cool creaky floors. The mattress was a little hard for me, but the room was quaint. The dining room was very nice and the food was fantastic. Only tv is in downstairs sitting area. There is wi-fi available.

Truth is we love staying here when we are in the area as it is a lovely place. If you are expecting outstanding customer service though this is not the place to be. I stayed there more than once and I would love to go back but for me it is all about the atmosphere not the service. I love...

We stayed At the Riverside for our 29th anniversary and were wowed at the relaxing and elegant experience. It is true that this is not the Hampton Inn but then THIS IS NOT THE HAMPTON INN. A great place to reflect and connect. Our dinner was superb and staff went out of their way to ensure quality. We ended our...

I stay at this wonderful, historic inn several times a year, and have nothing but good things to say about it. I've never written a review, but feel compelled to do so after reading the last two negative submissions. If you are looking for a modern, sterile, hotel room with every state of the art convenience, it is true that...

Recently attended a wedding at the Riverside. First look from outside is nice. It is a large Inn set in a beautiful area of Cambridge Springs. You walk in and there is some history in the decor. But that was the end of that! My wife and I got our room keys to our "suite" and headed up to our...

Wow! I can't believe the reviews this place is receiving on here. I used this site as the determining factor for a romantic getaway with my wife. We have previously stayed at the Bedford Springs resort and my wife absolutely loved it. I was hoping to follow it up with an equally enjoyable experience, but little did I know that...
