We stayed in the Champagne Towers for our first year anniversary. The room was kept nice and warm even though it was cold outside(Late November). It was a nice touch since it encouraged us to wear less clothes while in our room! A fan would have be good to bring or install in bedroom though. The Mount Airy casino was so close and we also visited Sunset Ridge shooting range which was fun! The bed was very comfortable, the atmosphere was romantic and staff was very friendly. The chipotle shrimp was the best dinner entree I tried-it was delicious! The breakfast bar was really nice too! We want to go back again and didn't want to leave. Thank you for making our anniversary special Paradise Resort!

Enjoyed the stay. Pros: Lots of activities, private pool and jacuzzi in the room. Breakfast and Dinner included. Friendly staff. Cons: rooms need updates and repairs badly. The ceiling looked like it was falling through outside. We walked over one deck outside a building with rotten wood. The breakfast was delicious but dinner didn’t have much flavor. Overall met great people and had a relaxing stay but it could be a real gem if they just made a few necessary repairs and slapped some fresh paint on walls.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, we have been going to Paradise Stream for about 6 years now. The improvements made over the years have been needed and long overdue. Now for the negatives, the pillows are too flat, need firm pillows, I believe you have changed the server for TV to dish and simply put they suck, our TV kept scrambling and losing connection. Your chefs should be able to prepare dinner entrees the same way case & point, on our first night there my wife had the seafood di fraviolo and the entree presentation was beautiful and taste good. My wife had the same dish on Wednesday night and it came out looking like crap, the shrimp was cold, the dish was missing calamari which was in the entree Monday night. For the breakfast buffet there needs to be someone at buffet table monitoring the food trays as they become empty and can act quickly at replacing the empty food trays with full ones, guests should not have to inform the staff that food trays are empty. Spooners was absolutley beautiful and impressive. You still need to put in some better quality basketball hoops outside. There were a couple of guests including me interested in playing some basketball but decided not to because the basketball hoops look retarded. Also the music playing at dinner needs to be more upbeat, not the elevator music being played. Upbeat music at dinner would get the guests in more of a partying mood which would lure them over to Spooners for more drinks, music and entertainment. The elevator music at dinner makes you want to go back to your room and sleep. The entire staff at Paradise Stream are great, we had some really good servers that I would like to acknowledge, Autumn, Shay, Dylan and Jacob. See you all next year. Thank you…

Everyone was exceptionally nice and Donna the shuttle bus driver went out of her way on May 14th to show us all the suites on the resort so we could see them for our next stay. Margaret the Assistant Manager of the dining room and bar area also was a big help in explaining how the room charges worked. The blonde hair bartender along with Tre the CXO were also great !!!

It was our 53rd Anniversary...we spent time at the Poconos at Mount Airy Lodge back then...long before it became a Cascino. We would have gone back there, but we are not gamblers and were drawn to the activities that Paradise Stream offered. To our dismay many of the items that were advertised as being available are not available until Memorial Day. That was extremely disappointing, and we should have been informed, as those items were a big part of why we came to Paradise Stream. It is not the way to run a business and should have been disclosed. Even though we had a good time, I will always remember the negative over the positive when being told one thing after another would be open in a couple weeks...they were ALL available at Mt. Airy 53 years ago and we expected the same.…

Everything was great we enjoyed our stay. The grounds are beautiful close parking lots of amenities. The mirrors in the pool area could have been cleaned and the tiles in the pool area were a little sludgy but all together everything was great and everything else was very clean and staff is very friendly
