I go with my girlfriend a few times a year and it never disappoints. Yes it's old and could use a makeover in the rooms. And the food isn't great. But it's totally worth it. Especially in the summer when you can lay by the pool and people watch. It's quite a show. If your a people watcher like us,...

Rainbow Mountain is a great place to spend a relaxing weekend. The staff Jayson and Ty are awesome; except for the unfriendly older front desk attendant (Jay). The food is actually better than you would expect being it's a rustic camp in the Poconos. The meal portions are large, and are a tad pricey individually, but it taste delicious and...

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Ranbow Mountain last week. Stayed 4 days and enjoyed the pool, cottage, food but nothing beat the friendly people we met. The management team was awesome. Going back in the Fall.

This is an odd review to write. Why? Because the idea of a gay resort in the Poconos is magical. In some ways, Rainbow Mountain is certainly that. The pool is wonderful. The surroundings are beautiful. The people are friendly. The staff is friendly. The food quite good. I had a lot of fun at the Karaoke Bar, the pool...

Hi, We apologize for the problems you had the weekend of your stay. We did have a water problem. There was a leak we have been searching for for 3 weeks which lowered the water pressure, but still made it usable. When you informed us that you did not have water, fixed it within 20 minutes. (One of our pressure...

I used to frequent Rainbow Mountain years ago and enjoyed my stay and spending time with my friends at the pool, but I stopped going a few years back because the place lacks cleanliness. I decided to go back again this year, "memorial Day Weekend" and to my surprise the pool was still dirty, they don't clean the insects and...

I am stunned by your review. Our pool opened the day before memorial weekend and we posted pictures of the pool. It was filled with fresh water that week and every morning it was vacuumed and skimmed. That pool was spotless each morning of memorial weekend. Throughout the day, if some insects flew into the pool, they eventually float into...

Rainbow Mountain is a very cozy, comfortable retreat with very good food and a friendly staff. I always have an enjoyable time there with friends. There is shopping available at the flea markets or the outlet mall several miles away. There is even a casino a few miles away as well at Mount Airy Lodge. Very scenic there at any...

I attended with my Father, the fairness forum at the resort a great chance to network with activists, religious leaders, and politicians here in the Poconos. I had been to the club for a comedian show before and to the restaurant for dinner, but this was the first function of political concern that I had the chance to attend here....

We are local, but decided to stay for a weekend so we didn't have to drive home exhausted after the club closed. We stayed in the Cherry House and the rooms were cozy and the bed was comfortable. A little on the warm side but the heaters were all adjustable. Good water pressure in the shower! The restaurant is wonderful...
