Timothy Lake South serves as a modern update to the traditional campground. The sites at this RV resort in beautiful Pennsylvania are designed to accommodate any size RV unit.
With the feel of a real campground, Timothy Lake South is the tranquil sister property to Timothy Lake North. All sites are full hookup with 50 amp service and large enough to give you plenty of room to relax. Pitch a tent or rent one of our cozy cabins, we have everything you need.
Timothy Lake South RV Campground is a fan favorite with those who like the ability to truly enjoy the peace and quiet that nature has to offer.
Guests at this RV campground in Pennsylvania have access to all of the amenities at Timothy Lake North, allowing them to have fun all day and relax all night. Open year round - create your memories with us!
Watch the sites before you pull in. Most sites have a dip where you will scrape the rear of camper when pulling out. If possible scout your site on foot so you see both sides. Sides accommodate big rigs (ours is 44’) but pulling out it a bit tight.

We enjoy coming to Timothy Lake. We have always stayed at North, but this time we were able to stay at South. What an amazing difference! I would recommend this campground to anyone. Great full-hookup flat sites. Great location. Easy run to NYC.

We stayed here in April and not much was going on. Not many people there, but there were a lot of annual sites. We did find a nice site with coverage pretty quickly. It was also near a bathhouse which was perfect. The store was dissappointing with not much inventory- I know we where there in April but this place is year round and should have better selection. We did see deer every day which was cool!!!

We absolutely love coming here and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience….shaded sites and open ones if wanted….the only thing visitors need to be careful of if traveling with an Rv is the sites have a huge ditch trying to get out so just be mindful or else you will scrape the bottom of the camper or damage the stabilizers

We stayed at Timothy Lake South in April, 2023. Nice park, although since it was the pre-season the store wasn't stocked yet. Would have liked to see it stocked earlier to support the campers since the local stores are a bit of a drive away. Some way for the staff to enforce the 5 MPH speed limit would be nice, maybe install some speed bumps. It seemed like the majority of the other campers drove very fast, 30MPH range kicking up all kinds of dust. It was too early in the season to get to use any of the amenities like the pool. But they are open all year with water supplied.

The layout of this campground was very nice. Most RV sites are pull through and roomy. Prices are a little high, but then all of the campgrounds have raised their rates . Being earlier in the season and not the best weather, we don't have experience with the amenities.

It's a good place for newbies to learn the ropes. Especially off-season. Can't wait till summertime to enjoy the pool and other campers' company. I will review again during the summer which is only fair

Only sites 1 to 113 are available during winter. Friendly office staff ready with checkin package and helped answer questions since first time there. Nice level FHU sites. Did not use water or sewer hook up. Office stated to trickle the water since it was in 20s F at night. Camp near comfort station (heated with hot water) w/2 showers and 2 restrooms. Had 1 to 2 bar version coverage LTE and 5G but still slow when trying to do google map. Did not get the WiFi internet from Fastwave.

Went for a quick weekend away with our new camper. Campground was clean, staff was friendly. Playground was sufficient for kids. The roads up the mountain were a little scary but overall doable. The campground roads were pothole filled unfortunately.
