I read lots of reviews and was concerned; you're in the mountains people! Adirondack Suite....adorable, cozy and clean!! Loved the jacuzzi tub!! Fridge was too cold. Items at the back of the mini fridge may freeze. ALL of the staff where very kind and accommodating. Boat ramp is a bit steep and parking after unloading was tight. If you're creative... More

Stayed at the resort in a cabin near the lake and yet under shady trees. Basic bed and bath amenities were fine. Would be a tight fit for more than 3 or 4 people. But everything pales by comparison to the lake and its inlets, waterfowl, fish, and pleasures. We kayaked and I loved the low volume of motorboats in... More

My son was married over Labor Day weekend at the resort. The wedding ceremony took place at "Wedding Point" outside, with the reception to follow at the Conference Center. I cannot say enough about our experience! The whole weekend was perfect. Between both families, we stayed at the Lodge and the Villa's. Both were very modern and clean. Our Villa's... More

It was a very nice campground, and the employees are very welcoming. The only thing that I did not particularly care for was the bath house in our area. The showers were not completely concealed and everyone could see you if you stepped out to change. There is not much to do unless you have a boat, or the money... More

This was our 3rd visit at the resort, staying in the lodge. Very enjoyable and the rooms are reasonably priced for the location and quality. If you want to rent a boat slip by the day, this is a little pricey. I would defiantly stay again. If you like a peaceful and beautiful lake, Raystown is a great place to... More

My husband's family has owned a camp in Huntingdon for over 50 years, so we spend a lot of time in the Raystown area and love it. We recently took the kids and grandkids to our camp and one of the activities we planned was a trip to the resort and water park. I wanted to get some souvenirs for... More

We just spent a weekend there are definitely will not return. Out campsite was large and shaded but that was about the only positive. Many campsites are not level at all and are on dangerous slopes. There is an adult party atmosphere and it is rowdy and it was not a good environment for our four-year old.The facilities are run-down... More

OK, so maybe I had my sights set too high for staying at this "resort". I did not do much research prior to our stay, so partly my fault. The pictures all looked so nice on the web site, but..... Let's start with the good: people all very friendly (security), lake is nice, live music @ Marina was good Not... More

We visited the resort area 2x. We didn't stay there, just a visit. There was a live band called ROOT playing on the deck. It was a beautiful night and just the atmosphere we were looking for. There is a walk way along the docks which was also a nice touch. We also to a ride on the Proud Mary... More

We had 26 people at our family reunion so tried out three different accommodations: the lodge, the villas and the cottages. It's a easy walk to each site and we had dinner at the marina. The staff was very accommodating for our large group. Everyone liked their accommodations. The lodge was perfect for the older couples, the cottages were great... More
