Took the family to Splash Lagoon for the weekend and got an extremely affordable package with the room and TWO days at the water park for a price I normally pay For a hotel without the water park! I read dozens of reviews (with pictures to back them up) for the hotels attached to the water park trying to make a decision on where to stay and there were SOOOOOO many bad reviews for all the hotels attached to the water park for being worn, dirty and noisy so we opted for a hotel not attached and this hotel had amazing reviews so we booked and it was WELL worth it. Yes, you have to drive 2 minutes to the park versus being on site but it’s worth it. I can’t stand finding hair, crumbs, food, stains, falling apart/beat up furniture etc from the guest before me and that happens a lot. We had none of that here. This hotel is immaculate, comfortable, clean and quiet. Our room was the cleanest we have seen in a while (room 203) (we travel often for competitive dance). Front desk lady was extremely nice and helpful. Pool area is the best we’ve seen in a while too, good size and perfect temp pool, huge hot tub, kids shallow pool and a sauna. Could have had more seating but that was so minor! Everything was clean and there were always plenty of towels. Nice gym and restaurant/bar on site. We would HIGHLY recommend this hotel and we will absolutely stay here every time we come to Splash Lagoon!

We just returned from a 2 night stay at this hotel. It was our first time in Erie, PA and being from Ontario wanted to take advantage of some tax free, cross border shopping. Although we did not feel it was worth the drive and Erie itself left plenty to be desired, this hotel was a pleasant surprise! The location is very convenient, located close to the interstate and to a variety of restaurant options and shopping. Check in was fast and the older gentleman behind the counter was so kind and welcoming. We were on the 3rd floor, the room was spacious, clean, quiet, had all the amenities we desired and even had a balcony with 2 chairs and a little table. The price was great in terms of value. The pool, hot tub and Sauna were a hit and they have a beautiful courtyard area off the pool area that has lounge chairs and twinkle lights at night. The entire property felt very clean, everyone we encountered was super friendly, the hotel was so quiet and felt safe and we had amazing nights sleep. We would highly recommend this hotel!

Close to the Lakefront, not far off the highway. I stayed for a weekend while I was visiting with family in a nearby campground. The hotel was fresh and clean, met expectations across the board. If you stay in Courtyards often enough you begin to know what to expect in terms of service and quality. They are not high end hotels but they are (mostly) consistent in that you can expect a clean, comfortable stay, with a microwave, a fridge, and a handful of meal options on site. This one is good!

I have stayed @this hotel numerous times. In 2019 the manager was so kind in placing me in a quiet room as I was traveling to Ithaca since my mother passed away unexpectedly. My latest stay was a complete aberration——I was placed in a very noisy room (AC unit was so loud) but the real culprit was the road paving going on until midnight outside. I asked at the front desk to be moved since I couldn’t get to sleep. I was told that there were only 2 rooms available and they were on this same side of building facing the highway. When I asked to speak w/manager I was told she was not available nor would she be in the morning. Really unbelievable as a long time Bonvoy member….smh….

My family and I were going to stay at this hotel for a couple nights while visiting Erie, but unfortunately left early due to some major issues with our stay.
When we checked in, the man working the desk was super friendly. He gave us a warm welcome and assigned us two king rooms up on the 6th floor. (Rooms 613 and 619)
As soon as I walked into 613, it was super hot and very stuffy. After 25 minutes, the room finally cooled down. The a/c was super loud to the point where you couldn’t sleep through it!
619 was average as well. As soon as I walked in, it had a strong cleaning smell which faded away after time. Again, the room was very hot and took forever to cool down. It was super stuffy. Overall that room felt very very dark and depressing.
The only pro I had about both rooms were how spacious they were and the beds were pretty comfortable.
Unfortunately due to the amount of dust in both the rooms, we all woke up extremely congested. I got a migraine from the amount of dust as well. This forced us to leave a day early. The rooms need a deep deep cleaning and the air filter MUST be changed.
Overall, I would honestly think twice about staying here again. It’s ashamed because the whole staff are super super friendly and the location is great. This was our 3rd stay at this hotel within the past year and it makes me upset that we had a poor experience.
If you have any kind of allergies, AVOID rooms 613 and 619. Thank you!

I was traveling to upstate NY for less than ideal reasons, a family emergency that turned into a funeral trip. I don't know if it was fate, karma, destiny, etc. but I ended up with probably the quietest room in the hotel. This was perfect after a long couple of days driving halfway across the country. The room was clean and spacious, and there was no noise to be heard from neighboring rooms. The location was exactly what I needed, and John Russell Brewing Co. was a short 1-2minute walk from the hotel which made the location even better.

When Erie got dumped on by lake effect snow overnight, the hotel had a fast, effective and friendly team digging the cars out just after dawn. We would not have been able to get a fast start on the day without them. The hotel is well situated for close by restaurant and we’ll staffed despite adverse weather conditions.

I only stayed here because the Courtyard Bayfront in Erie was booked, but I'm glad that I ended up here instead. The location ended up being great and it was probably best to have avoided the downtown area anyway. The room was very nice and quite comfortable. The design/color scheme of the room was very serene and relaxing, which was nice after a day of traveling. There are also plenty of restaurants to choose from in the immediate area of the hotel. And, it's only a short drive to Presque Isle, which is definitely worth your time. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely return to this hotel.

My husband and I recently stayed here for a weekend getaway and some shopping. Check in was very efficient and quick even though the desk employee had lost his voice! Kudo's to him for still showing up to work. Our room was spacious and immaculate. The bed was super comfortable. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub. Both were nice, warm and clean. The whole hotel from the lobby to the hallways and rooms were very clean, quiet and tastefully decorated. We've been to Erie dozens of time for shopping and this hotel is in the perfect location for everything you want. We loved that the Tesla superchargers are located very close by for those who drive EV's. All in all, we have zero complaints and we think we've found our new go-to hotel for our Erie trips.

We recently spent a night at this hotel earlier this month. Overall our stay was wonderful from start to end! We honestly wished we could’ve stayed longer.
When we checked in, Darlene at the front desk gave us the warmest welcome! To our surprise, she unexpectedly upgraded our room from a standard king to a king junior suite up on the 6th floor. (Room 613)
As soon as we entered our room, we were greeted by a welcome letter by the staff and a candy bar! Such a sweet touch.
The room overall was super spacious! When you walked in, immediately to your left there was an oversized kitchenette area. It was perfect for inviting some of our friends over to the room.
The bed overall was extremely comfortable, probably one of the most comfortable Courtyard beds I’ve ever slept in! I got an amazing night’s sleep in it.
The hotel overall was super well maintained and well kept. I was highly impressed! There were no musty smells whatsoever in any part of the hotel or in our room.
The morning we checked out we got to meet Erica, the general manager. She was overall super super friendly.
Overall we would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat. The location is fantastic, central to everything in Erie, this place is well maintained, and the service was phenomenal. Hands down this is our go to hotel in the Erie area!!

Here at the Courtyard Erie Ambassador Conference Center do provide shuttle service to our guests. This free service is based on availability. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask!
Besides our penthouse suites, there are 4 other rooms on the top floor. Two of those rooms have 1 king bed with a pullout sofa sleeper, work desk and a mini kitchenette. The other two have 1 king bed with a two person in room whirlpool tub. These rooms do not have a pullout sofa sleeper or a work desk. All of the rooms have 42 inch flat screen television sets, ironing boards, coffee makers and complimentary wifi. Lastly, there is a room called the Penthouse Boardroom that is used as meeting space for guests to rent out.
