This is a vey basic motel. Clean and comfortable. Room had two queen sized beds, mini frig, and microwave. About a 10 minute drive from Gettysburg. Quiet location. I would stay here again. Room was on the small side, but good for two adults.

My sister and I stayed at the Fairfield Lodge two nights while visiting Gettysburg. We were pleased to fine a vintage motel with very clean rooms all on the ground floor with parking in front of each room. The lady on duty was very friendly. It was available at a very reasonable price, the most reasonable in the Gettysburg area....

Our 5 day stay here was perfect for us, housekeeping is good, but updates are needed soon. This is a beautiful piece of property, and I hope someone updates it and keeps the very reasonable rates. Wifi was good, tv was good, beds were comfortable and we were happy with parking and services. We would stay again.

Stayed for a trip to Gettysburg. Very clean, quiet rooms. In room microwave, coffee maker, TV, free wifi (not secured). Lodge is next to route 116, so if road traffic bothers you, try to stay in rooms 8 to 11 (farthest from road). Sufficient parking for all rooms. Bed was a little firm for my taste, but not uncomfortable.

The Fairfield Lodge is an out of the way treasure. Just outside of Gettysburg nestled in the country. Well kept, clean and friendly owners. Tv, wifi, free coffee! 4 stars. A very small restaurant is only 1/4 mile away. Great food and inexpensive.

This little motel is a two-minute drive from Liberty Mountain Resort, at a third of the cost of the Resort rooms. The low price is reflected in dated decor and some mildewy smell (which improved when I opened the windows). The proprietor was polite and helpful, and let me stay a little late after 11 am so that I could...

This is a small (10 rooms) older motel. Fine for the purpose of staying near Ski Liberty or visiting family and friends in the area. The baseboard heat did not seem to function and the air conditioner/heater took a long time to get the room at all comfortable - and the night was not too cold. Nice that the hot...

We'd spent the day at Gettysburg Military Park and wanted something close by so we could go back the next day. MDH found this little motel on line and it was a decent price so he booked it. It is very small-maybe 10-12 rooms. No sign of an ice machine or no breakfast offered. We like to walk to dinner/breakfast...

We were attending a wedding at Liberty Resort and unable to get a room there due to everything being booked at the resort. This was close by, within five minutes. The convenience was wonderful! The room was adequate. The air freshener smell was overbearing. I would not recommend this property if you are planning on staying in the room for...

We stayed here for one evening over the reenactment weekend at Gettysburg when rates there are ridiculous. Very wise choice! Here at the Fairfield Lodge for only $72 we had a very clean bedroom and bathroom - with plenty of hot water, a parking space right in front of our room, nice cold mini fridge, a wall unit a/c with...
