A small B&B in rural Lancaster County surrounded by Amish farms. Very quiet and peaceful. This was our first stay here. The owners Ron & Pat are very gracious and helpful. They make you feel right at home. A special thanks to Pat for going out of her way to help with the flowers I ordered.Very good breakfast especially the...

A lovely quiet location set among the Amish fields. The neighbors are very friendly and I had a nice conversation with a young Amish man. The house is well maintained and is very interesting. Ron is extremely knowledgeable of the area and the Amish culture. He took the time to make sure we understood everything about the way of life...

There is only one B&B we stay in when visiting Lancaster PA, and this Osceola Mill House is that place. Ron and Pat are so gracious and welcoming to let us stay in their home. For a time we are transformed into the Amish way of life by these hosts and leave our world behind and are enveloped in a...

My wife and I stayed 1 night at Osceola Mill B&B and had a great experience. I actually messed up the date; and fortunately Ron and Pat, had room for my correct night and they worked with me to secure the visit. Great host; and location for this B&B; located just a few minutes away from all the sites you...

As soon as Ron opened the door, we felt extremely welcomed and comfortable. Ron and Pat are impeccable hosts and we will DEFINITELY be staying here again! The breakfast was delicious and the company was even better. The innkeepers are great conversationalists and keep a very clean home. We really couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely...

The housekeeping is impeccable. I was impressed by that. There wasnt a speck of dust anywhere i checked and the whole house smelled...

Thanks for taking the time to reflect on your stay. We hope that overall it was a pleasant one. So glad that you noticed the emphasis we place on keeping the house clean and comfortable for our guests. As the only full-time staff, the two of us work very hard to keep it that way. As we prepare each room,...

we spent two nights in the Fireside room, last week. We picked this Bed and Breakfast based on reviews here. We have been in this area many times to go to the Sight and Sound Theater so we knew what we wanted from a B and B. The area is exactly what we wanted as we were surrounded by the...

This old stone house is located right in the heart of Amish Country with Amish neighbors and Amish helping at the B and B. Our room was very nice although it did have a slant to the floor. The owner was very friendly and helpful and provided an excellent breakfast.

So glad that you enjoyed your stay with us. We do enjoy sharing our old home with guests, and introducing them to our Amish neighbors and the simple way of life here in Pennsylvania Dutch Country. Yes - over the 250 year history of this house - some of floors have shifted - nothing is plumb anymore. Makes measuring so...
