We just got back from a 3 night stay at After Eight Bed & Breakfast (9/23-26/2016). The Inn is immaculate! Robert's attention to detail is amazing. He assures that even the smallest details are addressed - things you wouldn't normally see in other places. You don't even realize you need/want them until you see it there and it turns into...

We returned once again to After Eight Bed & Breakfast, and as at our previous stay it still rates as the best Bed & Breakfast we ever experienced. We now feel that After Eight Bed & Breakfast is our second home when we visit this area!

We had a wonderful stay! Would definitely return. It's clean, quaint, quiet and run by such a kind and accommodating man. The room with the balcony was so nice but if you don't care for a very soft pillow top mattress I would select another room. Robert said that all other beds have a firmer mattress. Looking forward to our...

Easy check-in, great host, clean and comfortable corner room on the 1st floor of the B&B. Each morning our host, Robert, greeted the guests with a description of the breakfast being served after which he entertained us by telling us what he calls "little stories". Robert was the perfect travel guide (even though he never left his post). No matter...

Overnighted here for two nights in mid-August. Robert, your owner/innkeeper/cook/storyteller/host, ensures personalized service that you expect from a high end operation. Not only does he know everything there is to know about the local area, he is a great cook, attentive to service, and tells great stories. We paid a bit more for a suite that included two bedrooms and...

This centrally located B & B was a great find. Our original plans had us elsewhere, but they decided to close for remodeling...thank you! Proprietor Robert, like his B & B, is a real treasure. Great attention to detail. Breakfasts were exquisite and great mixes of texture and taste. Make sure to get a story or two to start your...

We stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time in the heart of Amish country. Robert was the consummate host with good suggestions for attractions and best restaurants in the area, as well as an entertaining raconteur at breakfast. Breakfast itself was delicious and if there is anything with Chantilly cream on it you are in for a treat. The...
