i would never recommend this place to one. they are pet friendly. i brought my two cats with me. when i got to my room i found a mouse trap. what if i didn’t find that mouse trap and one of my cats got snapped from it. what was on that trap POSION. not very pet friendly if u ask me. i went to the desk told the staff at the desk. i was told by the girl ohhh yeah we have been having problems with mice. i was told they were in the back end of the hotel. and they haven’t seen any mice in 3 months. i was offered a different room. i went to check it out and found mouse droppings in the drawers. went to my room and found mouse droppings in my drawers. wow u haven’t seen them in 3 months. shows how well u DO NOT CLEAN THE ROOMS. they offer a free continental breakfast which i was not told when i made my reservation that they were not serving the continental breakfast. the girl at the desk told me thats why they are not serving the continental breakfast because the mice are up here now.ohhh i thought you haven’t seen any mice in three months. all the products used to service the breakfast were up on tables and counter tops. (coffee filters, cups, etc etc etc) wait shouldn’t they be thrown away could u imagine a mouse droppings on coffee filters that they will most likely use to make coffee. i was leaving the hotel i saw raid mouse traps in the office. PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. AND YES I AM NOW AT A DIFFERENT HOTEL…

We checked in here at 4 pm. Left at 5 pm. The place is horrible! The lobby smells like horrible ! The people behind the desk look like they are couch potatoes! They didn’t dress professional!!! The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke ! It was hard walking on the stairs without tripping on the carpets and it was sticky ! Yuck ! The rooms where horrible ! The doors to the rooms don’t open easy! The carpets in the room was stained and smelly ! Smelly and the beds were yuck! There wasn’t a refrigerator in the room like it said there was! We checked out and the guy behind the desk called us bad names when we left!

Of the 4 nights I booked with my kids we stayed 2... so disappointed and disgusted. The only redeeming quality is the staff. They are so helpful and friendly. The space is falling apart, looks NOTHING like the website, smells of mold and houses long term “guests” in the rooms around the back. Our door and our neighbors looked as tho they had been kicked in, bathroom ceiling tiles missing, windows missing, lights out in hallways and rooms, screens fallen out and left on the ground, mold bleeding thru the ceiling paint and no they dont even provide the continental breakfast advertised. 5 people in one room and we were given 2 towels and 1 washcloth. Security doors not only dont lock they dont even close and the pool light, tho working is just sitting on the side for anyone to play with. The price is not worth the trade off of cleanliness and safety…

Where do I begin??!! First of all when we Arrived and checked in we noticed that the online pictures did NOT represent what we were getting ourselves into. So to start with neither of our room keys worked when we got to our room. After trying 30 times we finally got in then took the keys back down to be re- keyed. They worked now. The carpet In the hall was gross and stained and the hotel had an odor. In our room there was also a smell. Stuff was old ok that I can deal with but it was also dirty and stained. Going to the window to check out how the curtains close... um they don’t. Just a white sheer panel over the window. Behind that BLACK MOLD and wallpaper coming off the wall. At this point we’re talking about getting a new hotel in the morning because it’s already 9pm. We start looking at other things... clothing in the closet that isn’t ours. Refrigerator is dirty with mold or something black as well. No tissues in the holder. Only 2 towels for 4 people in our room and no pool towels available at the pool. Then the last straw!!! We pull back the bedding... BLOOD on the sheets. I’m out! That’s Nasty! Poor Isaac at the front desk apologized and said he has been trying to tell his managers and asked me to send him the pictures I had taken. We met another couple in the hall who said they weren’t happy either. I explained our issues and he turned to his wife and said “we’re out of here tonight!” Our money was refunded and we found a new hotel!…

My daughter booked 2 rooms at this hotel for herself, her 2 children and myself. We requested adjoining rooms or at least nest to each other. They didn't have that available, just across & down the hall. I went into my room and, first off, noticed the smell of smoke! In a non-smoking facility! Then I saw the spots of blood on both bed coverings! It was definitely fresh blood, probably from whoever made up the beds. When we told the person at the front desk, he told me that he could give me clean sheets and I could remake the beds myself. Umm, I don't think so. He changed my room to one now in a different corridor from my daughter. This area smelled even worse than the first and it was now both smoke and weed! It was horrible. If it hadn't been late we would not have stayed there at all, but because of the time we hoped for the best and stayed for one night instead of the three that we had originally booked. Please, if you care at all about yourself & your family, do not stay at this facility. It is not worth taking the chance of getting sick or getting bedbugs!!!…
